1 /5 Bella Kimmel: Really disappointed with my nails. I booked an appointment with Giselle for dip powder with tips + design and she was unable to do any designs I wanted (hearts) so I ended up having to do just plain french tips. The french tips didn’t even look good either, messy with bubbles and markings in almost all of them. I asked if they had any gemstones and she handed me a basket full of really ugly nail stickers. The dip itself is also uneven and chunky looking on some fingers. It’s also a good thing these weren’t my engagement nails bc she nicked the sides of my left ring finger, it was bleeding and is now super red. 2.5 weeks later my cuticles have never looked worse. It took over two hours to do my nails whereas other places usually take only 45 mins and do so much better. She also just seemed really passive aggressive, unhappy, and unhelpful. So sad about this experience, waste of money. Maybe try a different nail artist here but not Giselle.
