iNails - Statesboro (GA)

1 /5 Khalia Lanae: Terrible Customer Service, I came in to get a pedicure for my birthday last week Thursday , by Monday pedicure was messed up . I came in today to get it fixed and the employees were making it seem as if this wasn’t their work that was messed up. In addition to the terrible quality , The wait both times I came was over a hour even after I was told that it would only be 10-20 minutes . The only good part about my experience here is the lady that threaded my eyebrows .

1 /5 Catawba Walton: Worse experience ever. I was discussed. The manicurist acted as if she didn’t want my business telling me I didn’t need a fill in and this is what my nails turned out looking. I’ll never go back again!!! Horrible job

3 /5 FromNeq !: I didn’t have an appointment and was a walk in I didn’t wait long to get my feet done but when it came to my nails two of the techs seemed to make excuses as to why they couldn’t take me (booked) and I’ve never been there before. It almost seemed like a competition between the nail techs. The presentation on my nails were beautiful and same for my feet. Only issue is when I properly took the gel polish off of my feet my nail bed was damaged and I have never had that experience before. I’m not hard to please but the service felt off towards the new clients even the walk ins that came when I was there. I would recommend a better approach when it comes to walk ins especially if the techs are already booked up.

5 /5 Shilo Foreman: This is hands down the best nail salon I have been to in Statesboro. I am continuously disappointed in every place I have tried in Statesboro over the years until inails. Not only did they do a phenomenal job making them last well beyond any other time they gave me pointers on how to take care of my cuticles and keep everything looking nice. The wait at times can be a little long but that just means they are giving everyone the care and attention they deserve!

5 /5 Georgia J: iNails Had a very good experience! It had been a while since I’ve gotten my nails done. When I entered the salon, my feet were so jacked up, mainly from the medications I was taking. But Pinky got me right! I had an engagement coming up and looked at some reviews for nail salons and this one seemed the best out of all of them. I got the gel nails for my feet and hands. The gel lasted a good bit……… weeks! These are pictures from a week later. A bit pricey, but definitely worth it! Will recommend to others.
