New Covenant Church of God - McDonough Montina Young Fraiser, Small Business Advocate: I had the pleasure of meeting Pastor Marquette and a few of his members during one of the workshops I was leading on how to do business with Henry County government. I was truly moved by his desire to not only care for the souls of his congregation, but also to support the business owners in his church. It was the first time a pastor attended one of my workshops simply because they wanted to learn more about business to better serve and equip their congregation.
Afterward, I listened to one of his sermons on YouTube and was so inspired by the messageāit was deeply rooted in the Word, and you could genuinely feel Pastor Leggettās heart for the people. I decided to visit the church, and it was such a powerful and uplifting experience. The worship was beautiful, the people were praising the Lord with joy, and many came forward for prayer. The love in the room could be seen and felt, and the congregation was so welcoming and full of faith.
I will definitely be back! I look forward to supporting the members of this church and the broader community by sharing resources on business development and encouraging greater engagement in local government. We need more leaders with a heart for God and the peopleāand Pastor Marquette and his wife truly embodies that.
