Matthew Daugherty: I have attended this church for 23 years. Ive seen it grow into a church which makes disciple makers. The childrens ministry, youth ministry and adult community groups are second to none. Not to mention Trent is probably the best pastor you could ask for. It was a tall order to fill Pauls shoes but Trent certainly did! I live all the way in flovilla (roughly 45 minutes away) but it is well worth the drive to keep this as my home church.

Montina Young Fraiser, Small Business Advocate: I had the pleasure of meeting Pastor Marquette and a few of his members during one of the workshops I was leading on how to do business with Henry County government. I was truly moved by his desire to not only care for the souls of his congregation, but also to support the business owners in his church. It was the first time a pastor attended one of my workshops simply because they wanted to learn more about business to better serve and equip their congregation. Afterward, I listened to one of his sermons on YouTube and was so inspired by the message—it was deeply rooted in the Word, and you could genuinely feel Pastor Leggett’s heart for the people. I decided to visit the church, and it was such a powerful and uplifting experience. The worship was beautiful, the people were praising the Lord with joy, and many came forward for prayer. The love in the room could be seen and felt, and the congregation was so welcoming and full of faith. I will definitely be back! I look forward to supporting the members of this church and the broader community by sharing resources on business development and encouraging greater engagement in local government. We need more leaders with a heart for God and the people—and Pastor Marquette and his wife truly embodies that.

Dory Kissner: The only Church I found in 22yrs, that accepted me & didnt call me names!! Were starting a youth group!!
    Passion-Life Church McDonough - McDonough
CheChe Griffin: Since I relocated to Georgia and rededicated my life back to Christ, I had been looking for a church that has sound biblical teaching and that would stretch me. For I am not satisfied with motivational messages but I desire to hear the unadulterated truth accompanied by demonstration. In other words, I want to attend a church that does what Jesus did so I can be strengthened to do the same. One night, I was strolling Facebook and saw Pastor Brandy opening a service at Passion Life. The love of God was beaming off of her through the phone. I continued to listen to Pastor Terrell preach God’s Word with power, clarity & truth. I visit that following Sunday and I was not disappointed! I got confirmation for what God was speaking to me in my secret place which was and is important to me. Passion Life Church is a body of believers who are passionate about God and people. I am grateful to be apart!!
Cathedral of Hope Church - McDonough
Mama Lynne Shamery: Joyful/engaging worship of God the Father, our Redeemer, Jesus Christ, and filled with The Holy Spirit. Various generations of worshippers (children to seniors). A place for second chances for those "rejected" / turned off by church. Jesus never rejects you, and COH welcomes.
McDonough First United Methodist Church - McDonough
09newprof: Travelling thru town, stayed overnite and went to the early service on a rainy Sunday. Wonderful traditional service and the people were very welcoming. Good music and a sermon with a little humor mixed into the message. I loved it!!
Momentum Christian Church | McDonough Campus - McDonough
Deva Starr: Early on Sunday mornings starting around 7am this church plays loud music with the bass level so high that the sound beats through our ENTIRE subdivision. Residents complain to the board, the board members have called the church, emailed, called the pastor directly to no avail. There is a family with a special needs child who is awaken every Sunday morning, a family with a newborn thats awaken every Sunday morning, there are essential workers working overnight that cant get any rest sunday mornings. Churches are for the community, why would this church not care how they are affecting the community? We arent asking them to stop playing music, we are asking for the bass to be lowered. That is beyond reasonable, but not in their eyes clearly. Its sad and selfish. One of my neighbors said he is just gonna call the police. We should be able to work this out with our board and the church but they have chosen to ignore our board.

Deanna Moore: What a blessing it has been to be a part of such a dynamic, impactful ministry! The first message that I heard Pastor Belinda McCastle preach was awe inspiring! I knew that Sunday that this was going to be my new family. The spirit of God rests in this place and love is demonstrated regularly through his people. I am so excited to have landed here and I’m ready to serve in whatever capacity is needed. To God be the glory!
