1 /5 Sherena V: They have 100 lawnmowers ahead of you depending on who you ask and I was told there is no estimated time frame of when your mower will be worked on. they don’t know if your part is “in stock” or how long they will take to get it. have to pull teeth to get a strait answer. find a professional who knows how to handle customer services. They pride themselves on being in business for 40 years, but can’t answer a basic question to save their life. RUN AND FAST unless you have time to waste.
