Lloyd Helms HONEST MECHANIC!!!! Been going there for 10 years for stuff. Never overcharged. Always nice. Never never never been scammed into fixing stuff that wasnt broke. I refer all friends and strangers to this shop.

Lawanda Larry-Davis I absolutely love this place. The mechanics did a great job on my vehicle. Customer service was amazing and everything done in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I highly recommend their service.

Kimberly Edwards Fantastic! I received real time detailed updates on my phone and could make decisions about which recommended services to go with or reject with a detailed breakdown of prices. It took them a little longer than they expected to finish, but they were so accommodating with their comfortable waiting area, and even provided a quiet office for my five children and I to wait. Snacks and refreshments and clean bathrooms, a tv and cozy armchairs to lounge in. Pricey, but worth it!

Candice Jones I certainly dont appreciate this company putting people in DANGER daily. All day trucks pull out in front of people. This morning a truck pulled out just feet away from me taking up 2 lanes while Im going down a major highway with my child in the car. I had to slam my breaks Absolutely unnecessary and DANGEROUS.

Hosea Dixon This company is very unethical and extort hundreds of dollars from hard truckers daily. I was charged $257 while sitting in my truck. The guy snuck up and put an air lock on my truck and then said pay us $257 or get towed and pay $700. Then he said hurry up or the price is going up. Then I called the office and his wife said we get a few of y’all every day at this time. Below are pictures of the sign that your supposed to get numbers off of to call. . It’s troubling knowing that people intentionally treat people like this. P s before i pulled off another truck parked behind me and the guy said nothing to the driver but pulled down the road and parked on the side so he could sneak back up there and extort the next driver

James Smith One of my truck tires blew out and I desperately needed a replacement in order to continue my trip. I stopped by this establishment to ask for assistance in locating a tire shop. To my pleasent surprise, the employee made a call and had a mobile repairman delivery a tire and change it on the spot. I am very grateful for the concern given by this establishment.

Ms Pretty Spires My husband and I had a flat on a trailer we was pulling. We stopped here to get it fixed. We was there 30 minutes before we could find anyone to get another tire. We didnt even make it to Tifton before that tire blew out. I hope that maybe it wasnt Mr Edmonsons fault. Maybe he had someone sell him a bad tire.

Kenneth Dees Do not use this shop. Took my money and would not complete the job. When I got my car home from being repaired I discovered that the headlights were not working properly. A wiring harness was left off that can only be installed with the bumper removed. I tried multiple times to get the car back in to complete the repairs but kept getting excuses. They initially scheduled me for the following week but cancelled that appointment and kept putting me off every time I called. Now they have ghosted me and will not take my calls. It has been months and I still cannot get them to perform the work they were paid to do. The tool that this shop relies on the most is Caller ID. Next time I will find a reputable shop

Thais over the Hill They have the best truck mechanics around. They are very punctual. They deal with larger companies and no owner operators. They are definitely an asset to the trucking industry!

Sherena V They have 100 lawnmowers ahead of you depending on who you ask and I was told there is no estimated time frame of when your mower will be worked on. they don’t know if your part is “in stock” or how long they will take to get it. have to pull teeth to get a strait answer. find a professional who knows how to handle customer services. They pride themselves on being in business for 40 years, but can’t answer a basic question to save their life. RUN AND FAST unless you have time to waste.

74nova88mc Very knowledgeable shop owner. Great staff, looking forward to getting some work done. Other customers seem really excited to drop their rides off here. Jeremy was able to diagnose my truck, bent push rod and after I got the truck back, my camshaft sensor was showing and he got that straight as well. Very thorough with high performance rides. They also installed a fuel pump on my Monte Carlo.

Aris Thompson Awesome customer service and quality work. Took my classic truck to get checked due to multiple fluid leaks etc. Ms. Amanda at the front desk was super welcoming and helpful. Jeremy and his crew diagnosed all the issues, and physically showed me where the problems were. Service Garage did a phenomenal job on the repair work, to include detecting other areas that needed attention. Jeremy even went above and beyond gave me a lift home when he didnt have to. Extremely knowledgeable shop that made me feel very comfortable leaving me vehicle there!

Alex Stanwood My motorcycle died right in front of the shop and by the time I had pushed it off the road, a worker had already come outside to help me. He got me fixed up and on the road again in a few minutes and didnt charge me a cent. Thank you!

James Puckett My family uses this place. I was told they did tractor tires. The older guy working in the front ignored me when I walked through the door. Once he finally acknowledged me I asked for help to patch a tractor tire. He came out to my truck and said no one here can do that - then snarking said Bye and walked inside. No small talk, no recommendation.

Angela DeWitt We actually went to Hwy 36 new and used tires which is in the same building. We had a leak in our tire while traveling. We called Hwy 36 and they said they vould look at it. The young man that helped us was great! He was friendly and had a sense of humor. He was able to patch our tire and get us back on the road in a short amt of time.

Christopher The service was great. I went here for a second opinion and I am glad I did. I showed them a diagnostic of what Peach State was going to do and how much they wanted to charge me. I was simply told that I didn’t need a lot of what they were trying to do. Here I received honesty and good service. Georgianna King My truck engine light started blinking on Friday night so I waited the weekend until they opened Monday at 0800 for diagnosis. They called me 6 hrs later to tell me they have no diagnosis and wont have one until next week. Charged me 100 bucks and did not honor my military discount. Now I have to go somewhere else and got nothing done for my vehicle. Not a military friendly place and Im $100 short with a toddler that they dont care about.

Dexter Williams Stopped in after discovering a nail in my tire—of course, it happened at the worst possible time. I was in a rush and it was a huge inconvenience, but the team here got to me right away. Even though they weren’t able to repair it due to the nail’s location, they were professional, friendly, and gave me solid advice on what to do next. I really appreciated how quickly they helped and how courteous they were. Highly recommend for their great service and honesty.

Nini Harris The rudest customer service ever! The staff is mid okay but the owner is very rude. They do not communicate with one another when it comes to customer’s vehicles and their satisfaction. They use to be a honest and great shop but I don’t know what’s happened over time.
