Booked a hair and beard for my husband and the haircut was so rough, he opted out of the beard cut.my sons haircut was simple but by look on his face and just watching her cut his hair it was all around rough. Not sure they know what gentle means at all. Stylists were nice, but didnt take the time to do their best.
