1 /5 Taylor Hoffman: So my mom has been going to Debbie for about a decade now and never had a problem with how she did her hair up until a few years ago. On multiple occasions, she has refused to consult with my mom about anything when cutting/dyeing her hair and does what SHE wants. The most recent time before today, Debbie did a terrible coloring job and when it was brought to her attention, she rudely offered to fix it but my mom chose to go elsewhere. I’m getting married on Monday so my mom wanted to get her hair done and she decided to give Debbie the benefit of the doubt and boy, this is absolutely ridiculous. My mom’s hair isn’t even cut in a straight line like it should be. Straight up looks like Debbie took a hacksaw to her hair. She also, without consulting my mother, took it upon herself to cut her bangs further back than they needed to be and now it looks like she has a bowl cut when you brush her hair out. And she knows she messed up because she told my mom and aunt both “as soon as she gets home, she’s going to find something to complain about.” First of all, how unprofessional. Secondly, if you did your job correctly the first time, no one would complain about how you do their hair. I do NOT recommend going to Debbie at all. So incredibly rude and unprofessional.
