Richard Howard: Wish I could give 6 stars rating! 1st visit: I took my Navigator in because I feared the worst with my transmission. I had a delay between 1st & 2nd gear. But, they said "probably just need to calibrate the computer for shifting speed." And guess what, they were right! Small charge! Other shops would have milked it into a complete transmission job Im sure. Ill definitely be back. 2nd visit: The "dealership" said I needed new ball joints & struts (over $1200 repair). I brought it over here, they put it on the rack & checked it out. Only needed a little grease.
