1 /5 Adam Pittman: ***The power of a negative review: ***
Original Post:
I have had two wisdom teeth pulled. And had a great experience with Dr. Kicklighter and everything went great. I recently called (years later) to get a cracked tooth repaired and the office said I had a balance on my account. I pre paid last time. They said it was for my wife, not me. They wouldn’t see me until her balance was paid she prepaid as well. The office lady I spoke with was incredibly rude agreeing with my disbelief then adding that she is in disbelief about how this woman could come in and get thousands of dollars worth of work done and not pay. She said the balance was $250 and she prepaid out thousands of dollars prior to having work done. The office lady was snarky and had a bad attitude. If she was let go the Five stars. Dr. Kicklighter is a phenomenal dentist, but his office staff is not professional by any means.
***(Update: had an appointment at 11 and they took my x-ray and made me wait an hour for Dr. Kicklighter to come in and say he refuses to see me because of the bad review. Said I was a liability in the future for more bad reviews. Again, he was very nice about it all, but chose to back his employee. I understand that and respect his loyalty, but don’t understand how I have to suffer for his receptionist attitude. I don’t understand how your business can do something wrong and then fault the customer. I wasn’t mean or rude to the lady. I asked her to clarify the situation. No apologies were given. I still don’t understand this way of thinking to send me away without trying to resolve this first. Felt bad about the review and was going to remove it or change to 5 stars after the visit until I got asked to leave for having a bad experience with the receptionist. Please take this with a grain of salt. Dr. Kicklighter was polite the entire time to me and is an exceptional dentist. Not sure I can recommend him any more after this crazy experience, but that’s what I get for having a negative opinion I guess.
