1 /5 Customer Service: Totally OVER PRICED … I was told a different price oiver the phone then when I got there and done with my hair I was charged more … I was hustled out of a tip, a deep conditioner, and a trim and all more money and was made to pay a service charge for using my card. It took 4 hours for a simple wash and set, stylist do way too much loud talking, on top of loud music, and a bit unprofessional …I’m not sure if they care too much to do short hair or African Americans they seem to treat others better … definitely won’t be returning

1 /5 Tamyka Holloway: Do not go to this Salon.... I wished I would have read the reviews before going to this salon. They are over priced and do not do your hair correctly. I get my hair done by dominant all the time and have never experienced what I did today. They rush on my hair and did not use proper hair products on my hair. After I left the salon my hair puff up within 30 minutes. I wished I could post pictures. For a salon to charge you over $100 is crazy for the service they provide. These people do not know how to do hair at all. A waste of $113.00.

1 /5 Tamyka Nicole: Do not go to this salon they do not know how to do hair. They arent even Dominicans, my hair puff up after 30 minutes of leaving their shop. I went back to the shop to confront them. Black people do not need to go here because people their reviews are already telling you they dont know how to do hair. The lady who did my hair, I dont think she is a license. The pictures I posted are 1 hour after leaving their salon.

2 /5 C Brown: I had a day to think about this and process my thoughts. This was my 2nd time at this location. The first time I paid $45( I went back through my bank transactions) and this time I was charged $60. When I asked her why ,she stated $35 and up for permed hair and $45 and up for natural. I told her I am not natural at all. She gave me this look like I was lying. I’m not sure why she even thought I was natural because I showed up and my hair was straight, when they washed my hair not once did my hair curl up. I’m not sure where she pulled that I’m natural from. Then she proceeded to ask me who do my perms and I replied” I do.” She then told me that I do more damage by doing my own perm. I have been perming my own hair since I was 16. I wish I could show a picture or how long and healthy my hair is. NO SALON has ever told me that. Needless to say she still charged me $60 for NATURAL hair. I would’ve understood more if she said for the length of your hair. I will never go back here. Be sure to ask the price prior to them starting your hair.

1 /5 Meriah Parker: I will NEVER come here again . I have been coming here since I was 8 and every time they do the same thing cut my hair . They clearly do not understand the difference between CUT AND TRIM . AGAIN CUT AND TRIM ,. if you are going around someones hair 2 to 3 times that is not a trim that is a CUT . My hair was the longest it had ever been in years I went in Saturday to get a basic wash and blow dry and flat iron set . I told her to trim my hair which it really didnt even needed to be trimed, but I allowed her to do it .my hair was to the middle of my back . When i left my hair was barely touching the back of my neck . I literally cried . I dont recommend coming here if you are African American . They will cut your hair even when you ask then not to . I dont know her name but who ever she is with the glasses cut my hair Mind you this was not the first time this has happened . I will never come here again its time to find someone else and someone who understands clear directions. They lost a customer of 8 years .if you go here Good luck
