    Casy Harper: I have frequently visited this salon over the years and was quite excited to see when it reopened. The past couple of visits the quality of service has really diminished. I went in on Friday for a pedicure w/ gel and a manicure w/ gell polish. Honestly in the past I overlooked the mistakes but this time I couldnt. You cant even tell I had a pedicure and the gel polish started bubbling up along with gel polish extending well past cuticles. My manicure was worse...polish painted over cuticles which caused it to lift up around the edges..every time I ran my fingers through my hair, it would snag on my nails. So I went back in today to give them the opportunity to correct the situation and the same lady (older lady) was my only option, I politely explained my situation and without hesitation she had me pick a color...she removed gel from my toes (using the drill) and filed...my skin...not my nail...reapplied the polish...then had me move to her chair for my fingernails. I examined my polish and it wasnt any better than when I walked in. At that point I was sure my nails wouldnt be better either, she removed my gel polish (drill again), or most of it...but she sanded my nail bed so thin, and very painful...at this point I just want to be finished with this torture. I tell her I just want to go natural but she insisted on putting clear gel over my nails..she said for protection of my nails. I am not sure if it is lack of caring about the quality of service you are providing, lack of knowledge, or perhaps bad eyesight. I would definitely try a different salon. I will not be returning.

    Diane Itani: Very polite and nice people. And much more affordable than others. But the pedicures are definitely not the same. You dont see a chart where you choose what kind of pedicure you want. It was a rush job, and my feet barely soaked. Afterward, i noticed the bottom of my feet felt the same as when I got there. Also, they didnt trim around the sides of my toe nails well. I got my finger nails just painted with gel, and they did an ok rush job. The paint job on toes was good. However, 2 other family members had their nails actually done with a full set / acrylic, and one of the jobs was really messy. The other person full on broke their nail later, barely doing anything. It shouldnt have broken at all. 2 stars because they were nice and my paint job was ok. Even though the paint is now pushing up from the cuticle. Hopefully, they will improve they are really nice people.

    Keisha Holbrooks: When we walked in we had no appointment but they quickly seated us both after selecting our colors. Both of our artists were very happy to see us and so kind. They were very busy and all of the staff were working hard. The atmosphere was very peaceful and the shop has a great layout. Will definitely be going back when it’s time for a fill in.

    Angela Lathrop: I normally like this place. I had taken about a 3 month break to let my nails have a break. I did this because my gel nails started falling off a lot. My daughter took me and her there to get nails done recently. The owner was doing my daughters nails and another lady was doing mine. However, we were sitting right next to each other. The owner and the lady kept looking at me and my daughter and then would look at each other and laugh. They would also say something in their language. My daughter and I found that to be very distasteful. She and I got bad vibes from that. It is rude to talk in an unknown language in front of customers, especially when you are being looked at and then the laughing and unknown language talking starts.Also, if they realize you need a break from artificial nails, they should tell you instead of just taking your money and keep putting nails on. I wont go back.
