2K Nail Spa - cleveland - Cleveland Angela Lathrop: I normally like this place. I had taken about a 3 month break to let my nails have a break. I did this because my gel nails started falling off a lot. My daughter took me and her there to get nails done recently. The owner was doing my daughters nails and another lady was doing mine. However, we were sitting right next to each other. The owner and the lady kept looking at me and my daughter and then would look at each other and laugh. They would also say something in their language. My daughter and I found that to be very distasteful. She and I got bad vibes from that. It is rude to talk in an unknown language in front of customers, especially when you are being looked at and then the laughing and unknown language talking starts.Also, if they realize you need a break from artificial nails, they should tell you instead of just taking your money and keep putting nails on. I wont go back.
