1 /5 Mike Jaz: A Horrific Experience! If there is an absence of reviews for this business it is for a good reason. The owner is a throwback from the fifties. If you are spending money you are his best friend. When he cant make money from you he will make your experience horrific! The mechanic is dishonest and gets away with just about anything. Brought my car in for repairs. Spent a few hundred and they did not fix the problem after guaranteeing the work and returning several times. I was throwing away money and time on their assumptions. If you are not desperate find a reputable place to do business with. Roys is not!

Kim Heater: If I could give this place 10 stars I would. On my way to TN from FL my 2013 Kia Soul broke down on the highway late at night. The state police called them to tow my car. My anxiety was extremly high and when they got to me I knew I was going to be OK. He towed my car to their lot then took me to the hotel I picked for the remainder of the night. After the estimate was approved I had my car back and was back on the road later that afternoon. They even came to my hotel to pick me up and bring me to my car. I really appreciate everyone I had contact with so very much. I was so scared that night being alone, on the side of the road, not familiar where I was, being a female and hearing all the horror stories that happen to us. Then this guy show up and treats me so very well and made sure I was safe. Then to fix my car quickly like that was amazing. They gave me a very fair price. I wish there was something I could do for you all, that is how much I appreciate you! If you ever need a tow or your car fixed THIS IS THE PLACE!!
