Once you use their services, you will stick with them, because youll find them to be honest, professional, and youll feel right at home in the waiting room. Im so glad I found them! Great owners, great service. Id give them 20 stars, if I could.

5 /5 Elizabeth Hynes: Very thankful for Barrett and the service they provided for us with my Subaru. We went in for an oil change, but upon inspection, they found some things that would have caused major issues if not repaired. The car was in the shop for a total of 5 weeks due to several reasons outside of Barrett’s control. They provided a loaner vehicle for one week which was extremely helpful. We are very pleased with our experience, the attentiveness of the staff / mechanics, and the kindness shown to us!

3 /5 Karin Barton: Nicole and all the ladies at Barrett Automotive were so accommodating going so far as to giving me a ride when I needed it. After a very negative experience at another mechanics Barrett stepped in and repaired my daughters car for us. Everything was explained to me very well ahead of time and there were no surprises. Repairs were done in a timely manner and delivered when promised. Barrett will be my go to for all auto repairs in future. Thanks for restoring my confidence in the auto repair industry.

5 /5 Sue Burns: Last December (2024), I had transmission issues right before I was taking a long trip north to see my family. Barrett Automotive quickly identified and repaired the issue. 5 months later, the issue returned. They fixed it again, at no cost to me. A day or 2 later my check engine light came on, again.. Without hesitation, I returned to Barrett and it took a few tries to figure it out. I had no ride and they drove me back and forth several times. They were able to identify the issue for me right before ANOTHER long trip up north. Turns out there were some critters messing with my wiring. Thank you to the mechanics that were very determined, Jessica at the front desk for her very professional kindness, and to Nicholas for being my chauffer. (I will miss our conversations about cars and Bucees!) Great job Barrett!

Office staff and mechanics are very knowledgeable and can help with any regular maintenance or problem you might have. Very easy to work with and have always done excellent work. Will be back!
