5 /5 Tiffany Leung: Matt Farmer was quick and efficient in addressing a flat tire on a rental car that I brought in just 15 minutes before closing time. I told him what I needed in terms of new tire within a specific budget, a photo of the damaged tire, and a complete receipt. He made sure all were taken care of, and even emailed me a copy of the receipt the next day just to make sure I had what I needed to submit for a reimbursement consideration. I got a new tire, and also local dinner recommendations! (And, ultimately, a reimbursement)

5 /5 Just Me: I bought a used truck a few months back from a local dealership. Within the two months of owning it, I noticed a squeaking sound and took it to the dealership. I figured if it had something significantly wrong with it, my warranty would cover it (I later discovered that the extended warranty covers very little, despite what it looks like on paper). I was told by the dealership service department that there were no issues. So, I continued to drive it, but the noise got considerably worse. I told my friend about the issue and she recommended that I use Sutton Tire. I was given a same-day appointment to have my trucks squeaking assessed. It ended up being far more serious than I thought. Once on the rack and the front wheels suspended, I was shown just how serious the issue was. They were able to wiggle my tire back and forth and up and down. Now, I dont know the technical explanation, but it involved my rotor and wheel bearings. What SHOULD have been caught at the dealership was overlooked and brushed off. Sutton Tire had me back on the road safely within a couple of hours. The price was much fairer than I had anticipated and the service was phenomenal. I greatly appreciate the kindness and quick action that was taken to fix the issues.

5 /5 Lauren Banks: Weve been going to Sutton for years and they are really the most reliable & trustworthy mechanic around. Beth (& all the front desk ladys) are so kind and helpful. And I cant even tell you how helpful Matt is. Hes been helpful to us in understanding issues with our car, making decisions about paying for repair or getting a new car, and even willing to talk to other mechanics at dealerships, etc. I dont feel like most mechanics take the time of day for their customers like do at Sutton Tire!
