Dr Nicola was awesome. And Tania was incredible. I do not have insurance and she walked me through my options and was so sweet about it. I would highly recommend this practice and will be back.

1 /5 Riley Murphy: If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I strongly advise against visiting if you’re seeking proper dental care. Back in 2023, I was told I needed a root canal, which I proceeded to have done. Unfortunately, it failed just weeks later, and I take full responsibility for not returning to get the crown. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, when my root canal cracked and caused significant pain. In my rush to find a solution, I made an appointment at the first dental office I could think of, which turned out to be a huge mistake. They didn’t conduct a thorough examination to identify the root of my pain. If they had, they would have noticed that my back left wisdom tooth on the same side was developing an abscess. Instead, they quickly pulled the tooth associated with the root canal, and their rough handling left me in worse pain than before. While I appreciate the kindness of the front office staff and the dental assistants, the dentist barely introduced herself and seemed more focused on yelling at her team than on patient care. By Friday, I was unable to open my mouth due to swelling and pain, prompting a visit to the ER. They mistakenly diagnosed me with TMJ and prescribed medication before sending me home. By Sunday, my face was severely swollen, and I was leaking pus from my wisdom tooth. Fortunately, I was able to see an oral surgeon who informed me that I was just days away from ending up in the ICU due to the infection. I ended up having all four wisdom teeth removed and a drain placed. This has been the worst medical experience of my life, and I believe it could have been entirely avoided if they had taken the time to properly review my X-rays and investigate the source of my pain. I sincerely hope no one else has to endure what I’ve been through. This review serves as a warning for anyone seeking dental work: I recommend looking elsewhere. They may be adequate for routine cleanings, but I wouldn’t trust them with anything more serious. Writing a negative review is never easy, but I feel it’s important to share my experience to help others.
