Me. Rick over at Tims took very good care of me, got the car back sooner than expected for a price that was unbeatable. Once again i highly recommend this shop to any soldier who doesnt want to get gouged some of the surrounding shops in the area across the river

Super detailed diagnostic, knew their stuff about my car, knew multiple things that could have caused the issue my car was having, even helped me out at no charge to make sure I could get around safely until I could get my issue fixed. Their knowledge and service were outstanding! They didn’t try to B.S. me or sell me anything, just gave me recommendations on what I should get done, and gave a fair quote on how much it would cost. Tim was an honest and nice guy to talk to as well. Hands down the best shop I’ve ever been to!

Corey Morris: Hello everyone, I was looking for some help with a "nuisance" type of issue with my truck, I kept having to replace headlight bulbs, so while Im not mechanically inclined, I came to the conclusion that it was a wiring issue. I called the shop and explained the situation to Mr. Todd, and wow, his phone etiquette and personality is indicative of a person that want to do business with, especially in these days. I arrived at the shop, and his staff was already working on other vehicles in a manner that gave me a high level of confidence, and there was a vehicle in every bay, and outside waiting. I received my truck in a timely manner, with details on the service, and at a really good price in terms of the work needed for my circumstances. The shop isnt a fancy new shop, but clean with the necessary features to make you feel secure in the services you may need. My truck is 12 years old, but well maintained, and I definitely will be going back to " Todds Auto " for more service. I highly recommend this shop, call Mr. Todd and explain your concerns and hell give the an answer as to what you need to do, and great service and good prices, should you choose.

From first phone call to pick up of vehicle, Brandon at H & M, was no less than amazing to work with. All business was handled over the phone and our car was repaired quickly. When we picked it up, my son said, "It looks brand new!" The car was shiny and clean and the two injuries had been repaired beautifully. I did not know about H & M prior to needing this repair, but from now on, I will not go anywhere else!

Don Myers: My experience with them was less than enjoyable, had them install an engine that I had shipped to their shop and sure they did the most basic things when installing an engine. However they left a few things unconnected, as well as wrapping a few rubber couplers with electrical tape that they tore instead of replacing them. I mean they literally laid my waste gate siloniod over my charge air cooler tube instead of recommending the 20 dollar delete plug.
