When I first started seeing her, my nails were in terrible shape—fragile and damaged from previous techs who didn’t know what they were doing. Annie really took the time to listen to my goals and gave me the best advice on how to get my nails healthy again. Now, a year later, my nails are not only natural but also super strong and healthy—all thanks to her. She’s incredibly detail-oriented and always communicates clearly about what she’s doing, so I always feel confident and comfortable. I constantly get compliments on my nails, and I’m genuinely so happy to have found such a talented local professional!

5 /5 Katie Hunt: I love richmond hill nails. Always happy w the results. Only complaint is , sometimes the prices vary and I never really know what the cost is. This set was done w design like my previous. And I love them by the way but it was a fill in with 4 fingers designed , my thought would be $60? But was charged $70. Also this was w a deluxe pedi w gel . $60. My total was $130 instead of $120. Just curious what I missed.

Annalisa Shelling: I got my brows shaded and I’m very impressed. Kim is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She transformed my brows! I had them done about 5 years ago somewhere else and after she did the mapping of my face/brows. I was amazed at the work she was about to do. My brows are now even and shaped beautifully. I’m so glad that I found Kim. She also removed my nails and did a new set. They are gorgeous. The salon is very clean and sanitary. I highly recommend.

Nicquel Lord: Vincent is the absolute best. He offers hard gel overlay and it lasts minimum of 3 weeks- I didn’t even get a chip! I’ve also just had a baby so for my second appointment I needed to be in and out within an hour. He had my Christmas nails done in 55 mins! Always remembers his clients and very polite/ courteous. Highly recommend.

Nancy Schmidt: I am new to the area and booked a Mom/Daughter pedicure date. We were late, and this staff was so kind to us. I had called to say I misjudged the distance and we would be about 45 late. When we got there, we were welcomed warmly and taken right in, even though the shop was busy. There is ample space and LOTS of pedicure stations with premium massage. I was amazed at the beauty and details in the decoration of this shop and not a spec of dust anywhere. That in itself is a miracle considering it’s a nail salon. We had an amazing experience and I will be booking again very soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Versandra Kennebrew: This store does not close at 8pm. I rushed to this store from work to arrive at 7:50 pm. The doors were locked and I was not allowed to enter. I explained from outside that I only needed one item (for an important interview.) Whats sad is that Walmart (in the same shopping center) stopped selling African American hair care products ,in an effort to not compete with this small business. Shopping the competitor was not an option for me this time. I hope the owner understands that hours of operation are not just for employees but for the customers who pay the employees. We are all stakeholders in the success of this business. Sad customer.
