2 /5 Ellyse A: I want to start by saying the stylist was kind and the experience felt professional. I even really liked the color at first—it looked sleek and fresh. But now, just 2–3 weeks later, the color has faded dramatically, and I’ve realized it was never really what I wanted long-term. I came in asking for a dimensional brunette shade that would grow out naturally, not blonde. I also shared that I’d had bad experiences in the past and wanted it done right. The day-of color looked more like a cool-toned light brown or dark blonde, and now it’s nearly fully blonde, even though I use color-safe products. The haircut also hasn’t held up—it was choppy and blunt from the start, and it looks even more uneven now. I know I’m not always great at describing what I want, but I did my best to communicate and show photos. I left hoping I’d feel confident, but I now need to get a color correction and a haircut fix—which is frustrating after spending $250. Sharing this so others can go in with realistic expectations. I wish the outcome had matched the care that was put in.

Her attention to detail and dedication to her work was absolutely incredible! She took her time and made sure she did her very best! My hair truly looks like a work of art! I will absolutely be using Mary again and if you are looking for a stylist I highly recommend not only Mary, but also this incredible salon that makes your entire experience relaxing and stress free! She was super friendly and I love that she brought over another stylist to ensure I got exactly what I wanted! I left super happy with my hair feeling healthier than it has in a long time.
