5 /5 Linda Blackburn: Service was excellent and friendly my cut was very professional and she took the time to make sure it would lay correctly, since I have thick greying hair in the past most just chopped it off in a blunt cut. I would recommend this salon highly. A big THANK you to everyone there!!!!

1 /5 Karina Ruiz: I forgot to post my review from my experience last year so here it is. I called about a week and a half in advance to book a childs haircut. During that time they only had one receptionist. I made sure to confirm the date and time for the appointment. The receptionist confirmed the information. I showed up for my appointment early and they had no record of it. It was really upsetting because I had booked it during my lunch break and had scheduled it in advance. The hairdresser offered to go ahead and do the haircut but I would have to wait about 30 minutes which I did not have time for. She was also a little rude and did not apologize for their mistake and acted like it wasnt a big deal that I had taken time out of my day and my lunch break to make my appointment. Would not recommend.

5 /5 Phillip Carruthers: Got my two year olds first hair cut here by Susie. She was so amazing, and so was Martha (I think was her name.) They had a Mickie cape, cookies, and made his time in the chair super enjoyable! I definitely recommend them to anyone with or without children. All of the women were nice and friendly. 5 Stars, absolutely!

1 /5 Malie Anderson: Absolutely deplorable customer service. I have had my hair cut and eye brows waxed one time at this establishment previous to this encounter and had a pleasant experience. The sign on the door states “walk-ins welcome”, however this was not the service I was given. I walked into the salon, noticed a hair dresser playing on her phone and the receptionist sweeping. I said “Excuse me. I was wondering if you had time to wax my eyebrows.” The hair dresser looked up from her phone and told me she had a cut and color about to walk through the door so no and then continued to be on her phone. I said okay no problem (assuming she was being genuine), made an appointment to have a haircut myself and walked out the door. No other customers were in the salon and no customer walked in within that window of time. I waited five minutes in the parking lot and still no customer arrived. I was so appalled by the service I received that the next day I called to cancel my appointment and there was no record of my making an appointment for a haircut. I am just left to assume that this salons priorities do not lie with the customer. I will not be returning and do not recommend this establishment to anyone.
