    Perla LG: I scheduled and appointment for April 8th 1:30pm. I’m going to assume on the offices behalf they made a mistake in setting my appointment at 1pm. I received a call April 7th to confirm my appointment, my appointment time was not told to me during this call it was just to confirm i would be attending my appointment the next day. I get a call from the office at 1:06pm on April 8th asking if i was still going to my appointment at 1pm. I told the lady on the phone my appointment is scheduled for 1:30pm. I was confused & told her i would be showing at appointment scheduled time. I got there at 1:32pm & waited in line to sign in. I finally signed in at 1:38pm (the lady’s in the front were attending another patient party of 3). After i signed in a lady with short pixie cut hair, brown hair with brassy highlights, black square glasses, & a protruding mole on her face says to me “you are late”. I tell the lady that i was scheduled for 1:30pm & she says “yes we were expecting you to come a little earlier at least”. i had no idea that was expected no one had told me to show earlier to my appointment at 1:30pm. She hands me a clipboard & says “here start filling this out & we will see if we can attend you today” i proceed to tell her “you know what i can come another day since my appointment time is an inconvenience.” (i was not bothered at all i understand we all make mistakes) she proceeds to tell me “fill it out so you won’t have to when you come back again” i could feel the tension in her voice & i tell her “it’s okay i can just go elsewhere”. I was not mad at all i just didn’t want to sit there in tension after being scolded at for being late to an appointment that was scheduled wrong on the offices end. She told me i was “very rude” as i walked out. Due to her poor customer service attitude it scared me from even wanting to be sent to the back to even get my teeth cleaned. I really looked forward to getting treated here after looking at all the other positive reviews. Unfortunately I’ll now have to leave a bad review.

    Courtney Delaney: We went yesterday for my 2 year old daughter’s first dentist visit, I was so nervous because I wasn’t sure how she would do. We saw Dawn and she did an amazing job! She eased all of our nerves and made it such a great first visit! The whole visit lasted less than 30 minutes, 10/10 recommend!

    Tori Delair: We had a shockingly painless experience taking my 18 month old here for his first dental appointment. I’m a new mom so I had no idea what to expect. Dr Jarrell was very personable and is a mom herself so understood toddlerhood and the struggles that come with teething, the hassle of brushing, etc. I would recommend this office to any of my mom friends! Happy to be apart of the family now.

    Southern Belle: I experienced some difficulties with the payment process at first, but it was resolved. To get a lower visit fee, make sure you have already had x-rays from your dentist. This was my initial experience with any type of oral surgery. I was very apprehensive and uncertain about the outcome. Dr. Johnson seemed to be a pleasant person. Despite being under anesthesia, I still felt the tugging and discomfort. Its clear that I wasnt under any deep sedation. I managed to handle it effectively despite my discomfort. At the very least, the procedure was carried out. I scheduled an appointment to follow up and address my questions and concerns. She was kind enough to offer me a prescription to expedite the healing process.

    Tini Wilson: Made a appointment and came in early cause I have never been here and figured I probably would’ve had insurance paperwork to fill out even though I did give my information to the office manager… anyhow I was asked to come in the back… I was asked for a number. I did give them the correct number and I believe they sent a email as well. The woman said that I needed to confirm my appointment and did not? I spend a lot of time in appointments and at John Amos. Running around between appointments daily. I’ve never heard of have to confirm an appointment. I’ll just find somewhere else to get a cleaning. I spoke to the office manager to make my appointment and got address and everything. Spoke about fees and not money grabbing but not once did she say we will contact you again and you have to confirm the appointment you made today. Thing is you can obviously confirm and still not actually make said appointment. I got bout 5 Doctors I see cause of my Cancer.. never once have I confirmed a made appointment and make each appointment

    Michael Jones: I came in today for my appointment. 3/30/2023. I was filling the paperwork out the lady asked me who insurance it was I told her mine. I dont know whyvshe asked me that i gave her my drivers license and my insurance card. Then she asked about my job I told her I was disable and, I had medicare which was written on my UnitedHealth care card. She told me I had medicaid not medicare. I told her no I have medicare and its written on the card. I went out and called UnitedHealth care and the representative said this should never happen if they check the member ID number properly. The UnitedHealth care representative called the office she was placed on hold with me on the other line. The rep came back and told me she was the only one in the office so we needed to wait. When I when in 2 people were helping me not just one. She had us on hold for a while, then I saw the lady in the office come out and had a conversation with someone in a grey truck while we where on hold. Then she returned into the office and we continued to wait more. This was a bad experience at this office. I dont know why I was turned away. I will contact the medicare office as well. The card plainly and clearly stated it was a medicare card not medicaid. I have never had this happen before and I use the same card for my primary care doctor and my eye doctor without any issues.

    Rabakah BatYahu: This has been the best dentist Ive experienced in my entire life. The entire staff was extremely kind and comforting. Dr. Roberts is the sweetest dentist Ive ever met and I will continue to stay with this dental office. They genuinely care for their patients. I came with a very distressing problem and really really needed my teeth extracted today and they were able to work me back in the schedule to ensure that my problem was resolved and I am so completely grateful. I wish I could give more than 5 stars this is a superb dental office with an absolutely amazing staff. Thank you all again for making my experience amazing, I was extremely nervous but I am so grateful I chose this dental office to go to.
