2 /5 Tiffany Corbett: The only reason I give this establishment 2 stars is because she was very kind and had amazing customer service.
She didn’t wear gloves. She didn’t wash her hands and was resting them on my face during the service. Even touching my lip and having her long sleeve rubbing against my face.
She didn’t use a mapping system to follow my brow bone structure to enhance my brows (although I asked her if she would). She didn’t comprehend when I asked her for a natural brown color that is not dark.
I also asked for ombre at the beginning of the brows and when she wiped it off, looking to start the process again, this is what was revealed (see pictures). Too dark, too boxy, too thick, and not very flattering at all.
I paid $32 for her services because I should have stopped her when she didn’t properly prepare and wash her hands. So I blame myself for allowing it to go this far.
She offered to “fix it” but I doubt I would have walked out pleased at all. I apologized and asked for her to stop.
I would not recommend this business to anyone unless this is your desire result for your brows.
