1 /5 Sayuri Flores: Toyota Tundra 2019 needed an alignment, they called and said the truck was ready, charged my boyfriend $150. The truck still had camber and bad toe angles and claimed they couldn’t do it perfectly because he needed new camber bolts (even though my boyfriend had just replaced his wheel bearing and lower control arm with his lift kit, so he knew the camber bolts were fine). My boyfriend didn’t believe him and took the truck to Firestone for a second opinion to inspect the suspension. They told him the bolts were fine and had no issue aligning it. We called this shop and they told him if he brought the paperwork from Firestone they would refund him. When he went, he said the alignment had warranty and if he had bought the camber bolts he would’ve fixed it (but obviously charge him again) and all they could offer was an oil change. Anyone, even I can do an oil change on a lifted truck. Absolutely tried to upsell to get more money out of him, horrible customer service if you can’t do things right, don’t do them at all. If something was wrong why would you still leave it like that and charge him? We filed a complaint against them through the Better Business Bureau. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody, y’all should stick to oil changes. Don’t come here unless you want a half *** job.
