They got us in quick, and I’ll give them that. My bonus daughter was getting her nails and toes done, and they started on her right away. I sat in the pedicure chair expecting to at least soak my feet while I waited, but nobody even came by to run the water for a good 20 minutes.
Eventually someone came and filled it, but the water was way too cold. I asked a couple of times if they could warm it up or add more, because my feet actually hurt when they get cold, but instead of fixing it, they just took my feet out of the water. No idea what that was about.
When I went to get my nails done, the girl doing them was just plain rude. The vibe in there overall wasn’t great—definitely not the kind of place where you feel welcomed or relaxed.
I’ll say the nails themselves looked fine, so if you’re just in a rush and care more about the end result than the experience, it might work for you. But for the price they charge, you’d expect way better service. I’d only go back in a pinch—not my go-to in this area.
