2 /5 K Dickey: Not a good experience. My nails lasted 1 day. I went back 3 times to get them fixed and all 3 times the employee and the owner acted annoyed. The price is good, yes…. But the quality was terrible. I requested a refund so that I could go somewhere else and get them done. The nails were supposed to be for my brother’s wedding which probably makes this more disappointing to me. Week 1 (last pic) now and they’re all chipped and look like I have had them done for 2-3weeks. I don’t use my hands on anything rough, dishes, job, etc. but still get SNS because it last longer. The tech did not dip my nails as I requested. She used a brush and it was so uneven. For the black, she used a nail polish. When I asked why, she said it would be fine. No, it’s not fine. I wanted square round, more round on corners… asked her to fix it several times and she said she would once she filed. Had it fixed correctly the 2nd time I returned. Basically, there’s a communication barrier or lack of training or CARE to do what’s requested. I’m honestly not sure. I don’t mind paying for quality but this was terrible…. And they cut me (both the man and lady) with the drill. This was supposed to be SNS…. Definitely not returning!
