5 /5 Michael Watkins: When faced with moving to a new city or state one of the more concerning challenges is finding a new church.
This specific task is often one of the hardest ones because picking a new church isn’t like picking a new grocery store. The people you encounter at church, if you’re doing it right, will have a significant impact on your life (and the lives of your family if you have one). Therefore, it’s not uncommon to have high expectations when searching for “the perfect” or “best church” in town. When we moved here in July of 2019 PRBC was the first church we visited (after doing research on their website to ascertain where they stand on biblical matters). I can say with certainty PRBC will be our church until we are uprooted.
The pastoral staff, the leaders, the teachers, the friends are all amazing, genuine and kind. Each one of them prioritize the message of Christ in their profession and personal roles.
These people are our family here in Valdosta. We are blessed to do life with them.
Together, we seek to purify the church and penetrate the culture.
