1 /5 Kimberly Harp: This provider did a filling for my son not even a year ago, over the weekend, it fell out. The tooth didn’t crack or anything, it just fell out. I took him back today to have them fix it, the hygienist was beyond rude and arguing with me that now the tooth needs a root canal. They refused to fix what I and my insurance already paid for because it wasn’t done properly to begin with! I’ve filed a report with my insurance and they let a nine year old walk away in pain, with a huge hole in his tooth today because they don’t do root canals or extractions. They need to be investigated for insurance fraud and doing more harm to kids in more ways than one! Worst customer service you will ever experience!
