Jaime Harvey: We went with our boys to let them run around. They were doing renovations, but we played in the parking area. Theres so much space there off season.
Willis Dell: Great park that is huge with multiple playgrounds. Ran through the park and was able to run .70ish miles without doing multiple loops. I did end up running outside of the park into downtown Tifton to get 3 miles because I dont like running in circles. There is a ton of picnic and seating for having an outdoor event. I think there were 2 set of restrooms. Security cameras are all over the park and probably by cover ever inch of the park. Many trees out there as well to provide shade to the park visitors. Park is located downtown Tifton.
Kayla Harnage: My child had art showcased here and our family tried for days to go and visit so she could be photographed with her art none of the times we tried were we able to go inside from 2-6 no one would open the door . Wish I could give 0 stars such a disappointment
Weaver sylke “Sunflower”: The house itself is really kind of cute A-frame two bedroom carport backyard small River a 2 minute walk away. But one of the most unclean unkept homes Ive ever been in. Had to spend two hours cleaning the house before I felt comfortable staying here. The backyard had grass one foot tall when we got here it finally got cut on our third day so we could go out and walk in the grass without getting soaking wet and our animals three Chihuahuas getting drowned not to mention us being afraid of the snakes and other Critters that were hiding in the grass. Its a beautiful location and beautiful surroundings unfortunately I would not recommend being here had we a different choice we would have left.
Natasha Burnett: I absolutely love visiting this place when all the flowers are in bloom. Ideally I try to make it twice. Once so I can smell the native Azaleas in bloom. Then again during the peak of the Rhododendron bloom. I love all the varieties that they have. The bushes are so old that they are huge!!! It feels almost unreal walking through them. There are so many great spots to sit and relax now. They added a lot of new benches throughout the gardens. It makes it easier to take your time and just enjoy the beauty.
Anthony Cinelli: The trail is moderate, middle aged hikers and we did amazingly OK in the rain. Great views. Was not busy during the week. I would do this again. Uneven terrain, lots of roots and rocks to walk on. Path is worn and eroded but not terrible.
Melloney Coan: Great views! I needed to take pictures of places I went. Mike was kind enough to hold my flat Wiley (my school mascot). I took a picture of them, then up at the top Joyce held Wiley while I took a picture. Everyone we encountered was happy, kind, & pleasant.
Natasha Burnett: This place really is a gem! Its so unique! The contrast of natural beauty and over the top amounts of graffiti makes this place one of a kind. After calming my racing heart after the extremely steep drive up I stepped out to see some amazing views! There is graffiti everywhere but you get to see some really fun graffiti! Its not hang tags or anything bad but more things like loving and uplifting messages. Im just thankful its all up here in one place and not all over the buildings in town.
The climb up to the top was steep but not too long of a climb. There were hand rails on the steps so I felt safe on the way up. Luckily you dont have to make the climb to enjoy the views, you can simply walk over to the viewing platform. The views of Hiawassee, Hayesville and Lake Chatuge were absolutely stunning. I will definitely be returning in the fall.
