    Jaynae Hill: Let me start by saying this!! UGA Is NOT the Only College here in Athens and nor is it the Only School that has Student ID’s. So here it is I left my place that I’ve been going to for over 8 years. I came here because I needed to get in and my Long time tech wasn’t unavailable. I came here and instantly fell in love with them. It was very quiet and clean and I continued to come and they continued to give me a hard time about my Student ID from Athens Technical College where I’m currently attending FULL TIME and work a FULL TIME Job! Well today was the FINAL STRAW they refused to give me my Student discount stating that my ID was Expired which it IS NOT. They then said well you need to take another one with the right date. First of all the date seen on my card is the issue year in which I received my card and NOT and expiration date. I was so upset by this explaining to them that’s not how it works. I tried calling the school in which by the time I called the main office was closed. I’m currently sitting in my 5:30 class now making this review. DONT GO TO THEM THEY ARE RUDE OVERPRICED and EXTREMELY SLOW in service. I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! BEWARE any College Students they’re Liars and won’t Honor the 10%. Oh and these are today’s nails last time they will EVER do them.

    Sydney McFadden: Absolutely horrific. I asked for acrylic French they pressured me into SNS. Did a horrible job and had to come have my boyfriend help me. I asked them to remove and they wouldn’t remove them. After I was surrounded by five workers all staring at my nails my boyfriend had to come over and tell them to knock it off and remove my nails. They did not give me a refund and robbed me of over $50 dollars. Do not come here.not to mention, they are crooked, clumpy, and not the picture I showed. I asked for simple thin French white tips. I asked her throughout the process to make them less clumpy and thinner. I asked them eight times to get them removed and were not listening. They kept drilling them making them worse. They only removed them when my boyfriend came over and demanded they remove them.

    Michaela Smith: I have been going to this nail salon since I moved to Athens in 2016! Recently this shop moved to Johns Creek this Spring. I have a full time job, am finishing up a Masters degree at the University of Georgia, AND balancing an internship, and I STILL make the drive to Johns Creek for my nails, toes and lashes twice a month! Jenny is family to me and easily one of the most stable and reliable components of my self care. Her new shop also is near a Whole Foods, Sprouts, Cake shop, Restaurants and so many other things to make a day out of! The attention to detail is amazing, and I believe you really get what you pay for.

    Chris Manning: We stopped in for a little self care. I like this location as they have a pedicure that has an extra 10 minute leg massage which is great when you are relaxing in the massage chair. My wife has her nails done as well and they always turn out beautiful.

    Madison Hornsby: This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. If I could give zero stars, I would. I was there for 3 hours and this was the set of nails I left with. Had a pedicure that wasn’t too bad although they do have a fairly small selection of gel colors. The lady doing my manicure made every nail a different length and thickness and took over an hour attempting to “fix” the crooked nail she made on my right hand. She didn’t start trying to fix it until I told her how crooked it was and even then she had to have another technician come over and attempt to fix it. She added more acrylic on the crooked nail four times to try to even it out but it just made the nail thicker. Each time she added more acrylic, she had to, obviously, drill it down and file it a lot. At this point, my finger is raw and bleeding, with multiple cuts, and looking worse than it originally did. She goes to put more acrylic on and I told her not to and that I just wanted it all taken off but she doesn’t listen to me and continues trying. She threw the color on and then tries to charge me full price for them. Absolutely not. Even the best nails are still garbage — thick, uneven, and she didn’t go to my cuticle with the acrylic so they already look grown out. I complained and they ended up giving me half off but I will need to go to another salon to get these fixed. What a waste of my time and money. I will never return and I highly recommend not going here.

    Blas Chaos: I was there about a week ago, so pix are from a week after I had them done & they still look great! I had to wait, but it was only like 10 minutes because I didnt have an appointment. They did a fantastic job! My stiletto nails are on point & there cut PERFECT. Shop appeared to be really clean. Some of the options Are a little pricey, but the Quality was worth all the cons! I paid 55$ for a full set (acrylic) stiletto nails, w/ special polish that was 5 or 10$ extra. I left a 10$ tip. Highly recommend this salon for nails & pedicures. Stations were very clean. Im a cosmotologist & to me everything seemed good! Cleanliness & service were awesome! Thanks!

    Brittney Webb: This place is amazing! Go get that massage or facial or whatever! Its super relaxing. Staff was awesome. Ive only been to one other spa, so I was nervous going to a new place. But it was good. Its a bit more pricy than Im used to, but honestly, I feel like it was worth it. So if youve never been or if youre having to find a new spa, this is a great one.
