5 /5 Rae Lampe: Were on a trip to WI and unfortunately hit a recapped semi tire on the freeway. We had no option go right, left or stop, so ran it over. We stopped at the a gas station and used gorilla tape as we saw no leaking anywhere. But we decided the best thing was to stop at a repair shop to check out the vehicle. We stopped here and they immediately pulled the car in and checked it over. Our tape job was good but they added some zip ties to securely anchor some pieces. They said we were good to go and didnt charge us anything! We thanked them and continued our trip! Every one was very friendly and professional! We recommend them!!!

You could tell they genuinely were concerned about the vehicle drivers. UNG parents, feel confident sending your students here if something happens to their vehicle while theyre away from home. C Bird: My son is in grad school at UNG and needed brakes. Since we live several hours away, we asked locally for recommendations and Trammell was mentioned several times. We werent sure if car needed pads only or pads and brakes, but my husband advised to do what was needed after getting quote for both. He received a call within 10 minutes of appointment time stating back brakes looked great so only front brakes needed replaced. That honesty is hard to find nowadays so we were very appreciative. We were impressed from the first phone call, to promptness of appointment time and professional and friendly customer service. We would highly recommended Trammel and will use them again in the future.
