She patiently explained the procedure in terms easily understood by my daughter. Dedra is a highly skilled professional, and her caliber should be emulated throughout the industry. While the office is compact and could benefit from additional seating, its convenient location is advantageous. Thank you Dedra, for making this challenging process easy for my child.

However, the upsell game is strong, so come prepared to ask why multiple out of pocket rinses are necessary and make a decision on what you see value in. The other issue that knocks them straight down to one is a lack of respect for your time. A routine cleaning was over 3 hours (and I am only a couple weeks off from the every 6 month schedule, so nothing unusual in my cleaning) Edit: I tried to call the number left in the comment on my review to discuss further and received an automated message. I called during business hours.

The entire team made the experience feel comfortable not clinical or intimidating and that really stood out to me. The staff were friendly, professional, and even brought some humor into the visit, which helped calm my nerves and made the atmosphere feel relaxed and human. Dedra, the office manager, was especially kind and made sure everything ran smoothly. The receptionist was great too friendly and on point, which made check-in and communication super easy. The office itself is very clean and well-kept, which gave me even more confidence in the care I was receiving. I never once felt judged or uncomfortable, and that made a huge difference. This is definitely going to be my dental home from now on. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care and genuine people.
