The staff (Katherine and Dr. Newell) were beyond amazing and made her feel so relaxed and at ease the moment we stepped into the office and throughout the entire appointment. They were also very open and thorough with us about what her issues were and made sure to include her in the discussion as well. I appreciated that Dr. Newell didnt just jump to any immediate treatment plans, instead opting to take his time working up the right plan for her. I can honestly say ive never left an office feeling so confident in the care my child will be receiving and, as a mom, that means the world to me.
