VILLA RICA DENTAL SMILES - Villa Rica Calista Walters: Initial experience was great! Everything was super smooth. I put a credit on my account on the initial dental plan discussed. Then we changed it and decided to wait. I was scheduled to come back the following week to finish my cleaning. The doctor was sick so they canceled my appointment. Took another week to hear back to reschedule I ask initially for a Friday they scheduled me for a Wednesday another week out. Didn’t realize that it was my dad’s death anniversary so I called to cancel and they charged me 40$ but it was free when they canceled. Then I ask about the money that’s left over on my account and apparently my initial appointment was charged to my account without any notice or communication. There was no payment the initial appointment it wasn’t discussed at all. I canceled all my future appointments and will not be back. I don’t feel comfortable with them taking money out of my account without my knowledge or consent! The office manager was getting very rude when I kept asking why no one has reached out there is no excuse why this wasn’t discussed with me the phone works two ways! And the crazy thing is had I not asked how much money was left in my account I would have never known! I will not go anywhere who thinks it’s acceptable to just take money from me without my knowledge!

Southside Dental, LLC - Chattanooga Caroline Douthat: I visited Southside Dental for the first time yesterday and it was such a pleasant experience. From booking the appointment which was very easy and communicating with their team to have my paperwork done ahead of time made checking in such an easy process. The lobby is bright, beautiful and comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice and really made me feel welcome. Dr. Patterson was very friendly and approachable and made me feel like I was in good hands. Definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a new dentist.

Greater Brainerd Dental, Robert J. Clark - Chattanooga Meg Cole of Tomorrow Leonard Design & Consulting: Super shocked to receive a bill on April 3 claiming I owed them $100 from August. This was the first notification. The office manager interrupted me to firmly state that they had been billing me at least three times over this. Never saw a bill before it showed up saying I was over 90 days past due. No one called about it. Never have I left their office without asking the charge and paying in full. When you see the commercials about people being afraid to go to the dentist because they fear the bill this is who theyre talking about. Beware!
Chattanooga Family Dental, Glenn D Wilson DDS - Chattanooga Bethany: honest to goodness the best dental experience i’ve had. everyone from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist to check out was fantastic! everything was explained thoroughly, the dentist took time to make sure all of my questions and concerns were reviewed and discussed. going to the dentist can be nerve wracking but i felt very comfortable here! 5 stars is not enough
Childrens Dentistry of Chattanooga - Chattanooga Karla Marie Swift: My toddler is an extremely anxious kid and all medical facilities make him very nervous. One time, he saw his pediatrician’s nurse at Chipotle and he cried so hard he puked. I’ve been dreading taking him to his first dentist appointment for this reason. However, he proved me so wrong. This office is ridiculously cute and he was mesmerized by the train on the ceiling, the giant tree, and the aquarium. Because of these things, he was already in a great mood by the time they called him back. I was impressed at how sweet and patient the hygienist was with him. The dentist was also extremely informative and kind. They both interacted with my child a bunch and made him feel super at ease. They also provided me great info on flossing and pacifier use, which will definitely help us continue to care for his healthy teeth. Thanks again :)
