1 /5 Married ToChrist: One day after getting a pedicure on 2/21/25 my toe starting hurting. Now pus is coming out my toe and it hurts worser. I have been cleaning it with alcohol and applying neosporin trying to stop the infection from getting worse but I may have to go to a hospital.

1 /5 Jarielle R Gibson: Ny experience here was very unpleasant. The hostess had a rude off putting attitude from the moment i walked in the door. She was super friendly and helpful to the white lady that came after me. this is an act of prejudice behavior because I have been sitting here waiting for help and this lady after me came straight in and was sat immediately and serviced. They keep walking by me rolling their eyes and all im asking is for a nail tech to fix a chipped nail. My manicure isn’t even a week old, and it looks like i’m already due for a fill in.

The first time I went I loved my nails and the guy who did my nails was super nice and he struggled with the design I wanted but he worked hard to get it close to what I wanted and he had a nice demeanor… I came back today for the second time and had a new person do my nails, for one, he kept asking me questions about how much money I made. Also asking what my husband did and did he make good money…don’t get me wrong I don’t mind small talk but asking me if I make over 60,000 is crazy and none of your business Also, he charged me $80 when the other guy did more and charged only $60 I gave 3 stars because the girl who did my pedicure was nice and I also liked my design on my nails but train your employees not to be so nosey Don’t know if I will get going back

Taylor Mckenzie: Got a gel manicure Tuesday October 17th, 2023 by Friday the 20th they had started to chip. I called on Friday and Saturday the line was disconnected. They are not open on Monday’s. Tuesday I finally get through to someone via phone and they said no problem come on in. After riding the bus there, I find out they will not fix my nail even though their phones will messed up due to a 7 day policy that isn’t displayed anywhere in the building or website. Despite this being the 7th day, them being closed Mondays, or me being unable to reach someone over the phone Friday and Saturday , they still refused to fix my nails without additional money as if I didn’t pay for a gel manicure and pedicure + tip less than a week ago.

She did them exactly how I wanted them, the theme matches my cake perfectly, They didnt have any gold butterflies so she did them by hand, shes so talented! Everyone is always so nice and so patient with me. Dont Question It ! Go Now! They Do Walk in And Appointments ! THE PRICES ARE AMAZING! My teenage daughter loves this shop just as much as i do. They have all kinds of diamomds, gems and rhinestones, if they dont, they will literally free hand them! They have amazing customer service and truly makes you feel valued! 3/16 nails are the 4th, 5th and 6th picture.

Victoria Labella: I recently visited Salon Five Nails & Spa and had one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a nail salon. If i could rate no stars, I would. As a nail tech myself, I was extremely disappointed by the quality of service and the final result. The nail techs skills were severely lacking. I left with a chemical burn under my middle finger from the acrylic primer, which is unacceptable and indicates a lack of proper technique and care. The acrylic lay was uneven, there were bubbles in the polish, and the overall result was blocky, thick nails that look far from what I requested. To make matters worse, the receptionists attitude was rude and unprofessional. At one point, they approached me and said, "You said you don’t want no design," in a very unpleasant tone. When I clarified that I had mentioned either no design or maybe French tips, they simply walked away without another word. The final result was horrendous. My nails look blocky, thick, and uneven, with bubbles in the polish. It was not at all what I asked for, and I was left feeling incredibly dissatisfied. I would not recommend Salon Five Nails & Spa to anyone looking for quality nail services. The lack of skill and professionalism was evident in every aspect of my visit. TMara Rozier: I dont know where to begin. Stay away. I live in the area and saw decent reviews, so I thought I would give it a shot. I dont get my nails done often, but I wanted to treat myself and spend a little. Before I got into the shop, I saw a note that said they only do gel polish. That alone should have stopped me, but it didnt. I brought a couple of pictures hoping to get help as to prices, etc. There was a little man in the front who seemed to be more focused on entertaining the 1 client they had, telling jokes about very inappropriate topics. There were 2 more ladies and a baby near the front. I looked around and walked back out. The little man then closed and locked the door, attempting to be funny to the 1 client in there. Hella ignorant. I took my business down the street to the Nail Shoppe and loved everything provided.

I think the woman that I had did a good job on my feet, though the nail color that she painted was different from how it looked in the menu. But I ended up liking it so fine. They did a good job on his feet too. Both of us felt like the manicures weren’t the best though. we felt like they were rushing through the manicure and his clearcoat was bubbly and had some chips in it. I didn’t get any color but the woman didn’t really shape my nails or cut or clean them or anything really. She just filed them a little bit and that was it. She tried to charge me $7 extra to buff my nails. Isn’t that part of a manicure? Overall, I would come back here for a pedicure, but not a manicure. Prices were decent too.

Monica Zincone: Edit to my original. Its now been 10 years and this is still my spot. Took a year or so off when I had my son but when I returned they remembered me and were still amazing. Tan normally does my nails and his wife does any design I want with or without a picture. If I dont have one she comes up with one and its always so amazing. I am not the easiest person to do nails on as I dont relax and am very tense. Tan never complains, just adjusts my hand or arm and keeps going. Do they get my nails perfect everytime? Probably not, but noone is perfect and all I have to do is ask them to fix it. Are there better salons out there? Maybe, but Ill never know because I am super picky and will continue to go where they know me and I know them as long as they continue to deliver great service and beautiful nails. Been going here for 8 years and love this place. The owners are a nice married couple and they do their best to create the nails you want and prices are comparable to other salons.
