Leigh Longley Tyler did a fabulous job! He is a master of beauty and has an eye for details. This was my first time coming to this salon and the staff were friendly, the salon was beautiful and clean, and I was seen right away (even though I was a walk in). I showed Tyler my vision for the Christmas nails I wanted and he brought it to life and even added a little dazzle. Will be coming back! ❤️

Ronnie Belizaire Great service and tentative staff. Ive been getting nails/ toes there for 9 months now and for the past 6 months Ive been scheduling with Tim who does an amazing job with my acrylic overlay and designs. I really like this salon.

Genevieve Beals Best nail shop I’ve been to in ATL. They even did the underneath part of my nails. Very fast and clean, beautiful environment. Every time I’ve gotten my nails done here they last a month + no chips or cracks; grow out is the only reason I have to get a new set. Worth every penny. Gotta shout out my girl Van (Vanity) too! Jillian Terri 2 stars because the owner is very nice. However, the polish started peeling, as soon as it dried. I do typically get gel polish, but I think its ridiculous that the gel up charge is the same price as the basic service, when we all know that polish isnt $15 for the ENTIRE bottle. I included proof that the service was indeed today.

Sherrie Crow My first time at Veil. When I sat down in the chair, I told Lo that I needed a miracle. She smiled very sweetly and sprinkled pretend fairy dust over my head. And then she proceeded to indeed work a miracle. I cannot remember the last time I felt so good leaving a hair salon. At 67 my hair has mostly turned gray. It’s been dry and lifeless, and I’ve just been very unhappy with it. I’ve been trying to grow it out a bit from the extremely short cut I’ve had for years and it looked awful. After Lo worked her magic, my hair was soft and lustrous, and had a little swing to it. The cut was perfection— every single hair in place— so stylish and pretty! I am very VERY happy to have found my forever stylist.

Connor Newman I just had my first haircut yesterday with Aaron and let me just start by saying that is has been quite a while since I have been this impressed with my hair stylist. As someone who has worked in the beauty industry for years and is virtually impossible to please when it comes to my hair as I am so insanely picky, I could not be more impressed with Aaron and how he wielded his scissors. During my session, I not only felt listened to and heard, but so validated. He went above and beyond- asking for inspiration pictures days in advance, reviewing my history with me, and offering me ample opportunity to communicate and feel heard each step of the way. Even letting me communicate how I felt after the scissors were down and he was finishing up. He went as far as to fine tune like 5 hairs that he didnt like after blow-drying me. Not only is he incredible with his barber and shorter hair styles but is one hell of a conversationalist to boot. I could genuinely go on and on, but this review is a novel at this point. All that to say: I am so happy to have found Veil and look forward to my next appointment with Aaron! 300/10 stars

Dana Marie Book an appointment at Veil ASAP! After moving to GA from NY, it took me years to find the right salon. That is, until I found Veil! I started going to Veil in November of 2023, and I’ve been coming back every 2-4 months since. I chose the salon due to their portfolio of work, their alt vibe, good reviews, and their LGBTQIA friendliness. When I was connected with Brooke, her thoughtfulness, skill, and commitment to her craft had me hooked! I’ve never had someone treat me and my hair so well. I then started seeing Laurie for my brows too, and I highly recommend her as well! From their highly skilled stylists and estheticians, to the music they play, to the kind snacks and drinks they offer: everything about Veil oozes luxury in a such a cool way.

Glenn Gilkey The Wonderful personality and superb professionalism of the owner- Regina , puts an individual at ease to relax and recieve a premium exclusive and highly satisfiying treatment. I would urge anyone to keep going back to recieve a better experience that will come with each visit.

The Fitness Doc Ok, I hesitated on posting this review because I didn’t get pics/videos until almost a week later. But BECAUSE my manicure is still going strong I decided to post, lol! So I don’t care for acrylic or gel manicures. Just my natural nails. Most of the time that means they last 5-7 days. Not this time!! 10 days STRONG and still good at two weeks. I don’t know what Layla did, but I’m hooked. I love that she started with the manicure - took her time and made sure they were how I wanted them. Then on to the pedicure. Y’all can have those massage chairs - give me a comfy recliner. It was so relaxing I went to sleep (never happens!). I had a relaxing experience and I am thrilled with my nails. I will definitely be back!

Married ToChrist One day after getting a pedicure on 2/21/25 my toe starting hurting. Now pus is coming out my toe and it hurts worser. I have been cleaning it with alcohol and applying neosporin trying to stop the infection from getting worse but I may have to go to a hospital.

Jarielle R Gibson Ny experience here was very unpleasant. The hostess had a rude off putting attitude from the moment i walked in the door. She was super friendly and helpful to the white lady that came after me. this is an act of prejudice behavior because I have been sitting here waiting for help and this lady after me came straight in and was sat immediately and serviced. They keep walking by me rolling their eyes and all im asking is for a nail tech to fix a chipped nail. My manicure isn’t even a week old, and it looks like i’m already due for a fill in.

Johana Stichel Moreira I recently visited Enchante Nails Bar, and I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Kim and Ken were absolutely wonderful- their service was top notch, and they were both so kind and attentive. Kim and Ken made sure my nails were perfect, paying attention to every little detail, their hospitality made the entire experience feel extra special. I left feeling pampered and completely satisfied with my nails. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great service and a friendly, professional team!

Grace Nguyen The nail salon is decorated very well. Super cute and clean! You can tell its brand new. Everyone working there was friendly. They also offer a variety of drinks and snacks. I think this salon is different from the others. Love my nails! I asked Diane for lavender chrome nails and showed her a picture. Its exactly what I wanted and looks lovely! Would definitely come back.

Chrysee R The customer service here is excellent! They have really raised the bar. Think nail salon meets wellness spa. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the price of the services. While they are fair and comparable to other salons, overall these services types have become so expensive everywhere. With that being said, if you are looking to get your money’s worth, this salon is the place for you. I’ve been twice and each time to a different technician. I haven’t been disappointed yet. I’m definitely a loyal customer in the making.

Trish Hoff Consistently excellent service from Tony, Cindy, and Mary on nails. Pedicures are great from all service personnel. Had a minor scratch in my polish (my fault) 2 days after getting fresh nails, and Tony fixed it for free in about 30 seconds 5 minutes after I walked in. Great service, wonderful people. I love this place so much, I’ve been going for 30 years and have been taking my daughter (now 19) for many years as well. It’s the only place she will go when she’s home from school.

Lisa Davidson They spend time on pedicures and add great massages. They seem to know all of their clients and I always get in quickly as they have lots of folks on staff and plenty of accommodations. I’ve been going off and on for years as they are not in my neighborhood… but I drive further when I want to love my nails, relax and actually fall asleep as the massages are that great! Friendly atmosphere is a plus.

Mekhia Bryant Just moved in the area and came to get my nails and toes done for my birthday, initially everyone was nice. I called in to ask if they do soak offs and if they have duck nail tips and they assured me they did both. I asked to not get my nails and toes done at the same time because I wanted to enjoy my pedicure. Instead of the soak off I was charged for them to rip the acrylic of my nails with a fake nail tip which was excruciating pain. While they were ripping off the rest of my previous set the lady doing my nails shaped my toe nails and cut them extremely short. Once she finished my toes i immediately wanted to cry, my toenails were butchered and I hated them and voiced my concerns but they were ignored. They also lied about having duck nail tips she used regular nail tips and packed on acrylic powder over and over until it created a duck nail shape. She was struggling to file so the male who answers the phone took one hand and started to file and shape my nails while the nail lady packed acrylic on the other hand. The male also shaped my other hand because the lady doing my nails could not. At this point I was the last person in the shop and they started to rush my service because they were closing at 8pm. The male did the diamonds on my nails as well and they didn’t even let the light go off to let my nails dry before putting on another coat. I paid $195 keep in mind my toes were awful, I was there for nearly 4 hours and left close to 8:40. My diamonds came off the next day and I called and asked them to fix it and my toes. After work I came to the shop And was not greeted. The workers stared me down and made me feel uncomfortable as I waited 40 minutes for the nail lady to start on me. She did redo the polish on my toes which I am appreciative of and replaced the missing diamonds and she assured me they wouldn’t come off again but they did the next day. I called them again and the male was nasty on the phone and said it was unfortunate they came off but they couldn’t redo and that I would have to pay extra for a different design. I am so disappointed, my birthday is tomorrow and my nails are awful missing diamonds and i don’t feel like I should pay anything. They already got nearly $200 from me. I was treated poorly and unfair, I am not even sure if these are licensed nail technicians. All I wanted was beautiful nails and toes for my birthday and they know it’s my birthday and that I’m going out of town. To pay $195 for this is robbery. I’m to embarrassed to show what my toes looked like.

Melissa Scott I took these photos 4 days after getting my nails done. They were so bad I didn’t even let them finish the design I originally wanted. I went back in to get the paint removed a few days later and there was an hour wait so I went across the street next to Publix and got them fixed. The lady that did our pedicure was rough and not very welcoming. I’d say just go somewhere else, not worth it at all.

Shanta R I received a lip wax on 06/07/2024. The provider that serviced me was extremely rough and a day later I felt my skin seemed to be irritated. On 06/09/2024 I currently have a scab on my face due to the aggressiveness of the wax or the overall temperature. I spoke with apparently the manager and the only solution was to see a dermatologist to determine if it would scar or not and then they “may” issue a refund or store credit. Unacceptable. I would never go back to that establishment! And it has left a scar on my face

Velvets World This was my first time here and I won’t be back. In all the years that I’ve been getting my nails done never have I ever encountered a French this bad. I asked her if she could extend the French tip down the sides of the nail that’s my usual she told me 15 dollars. Spent $60 let me show you what I got for that. This establishment played right in my face. I was so upset I just paid and left I even felt bad because I really was not going to leave the lady a tip however I’m a tipper anywhere I go and I feel like you should tip everywhere youre serviced but seriously this was the worst nail service I’ve ever experienced please get it together. I think the nail techs name was Kim but i could be wrong.

Meghan Lancaster Well me and my best friend come here for the convenience and usually for a fill in and it’s fine ….. but today we decided to get a new set and told them what we wanted .. simple coffin shape and stiletto shape .. simple paint color … this by far is the worst set that I have paid for my friend left with no polish!! Paid 100$ and they had an attitude the whole time bc god forbid we ask for what we want …. They are so rude and make us feel like we’re an inconvenience to them …. Just terrible I asked for coffin and I got a made up shape of ballerina /coffin mix !! We work hard for our money and shouldn’t feel like we’re the problem.. or try to be talked out of it argue over our own nails …. Never again pics to come ! This isn’t a shape and definitely not coffin Crooked thin ugh I’m so upset

Angie Hullett My wife insists on coming to Polished Nail whenever she’s having her nails done. The shop is immaculate and welcoming. Her nails always come out looking amazing. The staff is very skilled and friendly. Jenny is her favorite and is an experienced pro in the art of nails. My wife always comes out of Polished Nails looking and feeling beautiful, pampered and happy. Highly recommend!

Rebekah Horne What a welcoming and kind experience! I brought my young child in for a mommy & me manicure/pedicure and the staff welcomed us with open arms. I asked to be seated away from everyone just in case we disturbed their experience, so the manager responded by placing us right in front where we could be a part of the whole salon. She said we deserved to have a place of honor and were very welcome there. My jaw dropped. A lot of the time children are seen as an inconvenience in this country. It’s lovely to experience the hospitality and kindness from people who really enjoyed my child. They gave her such a special first experience and she giggled with delight the whole time! This place has my business FOR LIFE!

Vy Huynh cutest nails ever!! She took her time to make sure the nails were perfect and made sure to ask me if my nails were to my liking before putting it under the light. If you want to get a good set with caring AND talented technicians, this is the spot to go!!

Machelle Tran I asked for mermaid nails and Mimi delivered. This was my first time trying 3D nail art, and I’m beyond impressed. She freestyled the whole set from sculpted seashells to tiny pearl and floral details—and every nail is a mini masterpiece. I do farm chores, wash my hands constantly, and I’m always using them for something, yet these nails are holding up beautifully. They’re secure, comfortable, and surprisingly practical for how intricate they are. The photo doesn’t do them justice because these nails are captivating in real life. Hannah Mia did an extraordinary job on my nails!! She’s extremely precise with tiny details and managed to recreate my nails from difficult reference photos. She was also super friendly, staying late to make sure my nails looked exactly as I wanted them and even letting me sit in for a bit longer while waiting for my uber!! Fantastic experience and excellent service! When you stop by/book an appointment, definitely make sure to ask for Mia!!

Miya Monae I called ahead to ask about pricing and was quoted $50 for a short full set with 20% off. When I arrived, they recognized that I had called, which I appreciated. The service was great, and I love my nails! However, I was charged $60, even though I only got gel on my natural nails and nail removal, which should have been less than a full set. My nails are very short since I work with patients, so I was surprised by the higher price. I truly value honesty and great service, so while I’m happy with my nails, I do wish the pricing had been consistent and transparent.

Ianna I was on this side of town trying to kill time. I came in and asked for a short square black set! Simple! The acrylic application was messy. The shape wasn’t even and the lady who did my feet…. um. Yeah, never again. You pay for what you get.

Gabby Jane This place is terrible. I had to pay for a manicure where she painted my skin all because I asked her to paint my whole nail. It looks like my child painted my nails and they look horrible. Terrible service. Never going back to this place ever again. It’s like they get mad when you ask them what you want for the service that you’re paying for. They don’t even deserve 1 star

Stephanie Ballenger I agree with the other reviews that the service prices are reasonable but I really think they need to work on their customer service and craftmamship. If you cant do a design in a picture shown to you, dont say you can and then get mad when the customer (me) tells you they dont like it. The nail tech even tried twice and both times I didnt like it and requested another tech to do my design. The tech that was trying to design my toes got mad and kind of slammed the nail polishes in the drawer. She just got up and walked away. I waited for about 5 minutes and approached another worker who claimed to be the manager and asked him who was going to finish my toes. He replied someone was coming shortly. 20 minutes later, I get a design I didnt want. Frankly, I was just tired of waiting. A 30 minute service was quickly turning in to 1 1/2 hr job.Not to mention, both techs that it took to finish my pedi never cleaned up my french tip leaving it sloppy. This will be my first and last time coming here.

lexi came in with poorly done nails from the salon down the street by publix, they fixed my nails and explained how they would have done better! their price for fixing it was very good too i was very satisfied

O 0 Really like this place. It’s not boujee, just a classic place with people who do quality work at a reasonable price. My gel manicure came out perfect. My technician took her time to remove my prior work without damaging my nails, letting them soak each time before using the drill a bit which I appreciated. She was very careful and gentle when cutting my cuticles. Shape came out great.

Sarah Farnham First time visit to get a gel mani and pedi. The pedicure was great! But the manicure…. I’m currently bleeding from 6 of my fingers and in a lot of pain. I pointed out to the manicurist that she was making all of my cuticles bleed and she said she was just trying to “clean up my nails.” I finally had to ask her to stop with the cuticle nippers when she took a chunk out of my finger tip. She was very distracted talking to the other employees the whole time barely looking at what she was doing and when she was slapping lotion all over my arms at the end I finally just had to say thank you can we be done now? Update: my cuticle is now infected and so so painful!

Morgan Walker I’m visiting Atlanta for a wedding and was able to get a same day appointment. I’m so happy Mai was my stylist, she is so talented and so kind! I got pink cat eye acrylics and cannot be happier with how they turned out. Thank you, Mai!!

Kathleen has created an atmosphere that’s both relaxing and welcoming, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. She runs her business with integrity, attention to detail, and a clear passion for what she does. From the moment you walk in, you feel taken care of. Highly recommend her and Jazmin Spa you won’t be disappointed!

Dominique Bodoh I absolutely love this place! I came here because it is my best friend’s favorite nail salon (she has tried many and has lived in Atlanta for 5 years now). I was a bit worried about getting a mani (as well as my pedi) because the last place I went to (not here) absolutely shredded my nails with the filer. Kevin was so efficient & gentle- by far the best pedi of my life (I got the Jasmine Spa Treatment) & my mani was exactly as I wanted. If you want to get in & out quickly without missing out on all the lovely perks (massage, scented oil/lotion etc.) then ask for Kevin! Prices are unmatched too! -the glitter polish I’m wearing is a standard laquer #88 at the salon.

Joey It wasnt the best pedicure Ive ever gotten. They seemed nervous or uninterested in asking me how I wanted the nails cut. Im a big dude and came in with another person, who seemed happy with their manicure at least. There was a lot more time spent waiting around than any other salon Ive been to and we had an appointment.

Lee Elexis I’ve come here about 5 times now. I like the nail colors, services, & overall work. However, for the price of nails, I shouldn’t need to ask for the excuse polish all over my hands to be wiped off. They always leave polish all over your hands/feet afterwards so be prepared to ask them to clean it up or clean it off when you get home. They might also think I’m younger than I am (this happens often) so they might not feel as inclined to service me completely. Not sure if I’ll come again but I might because again, the overall work is pretty good. Pricing is pretty good as well.

Sharon Miller I have been going to Kaylee for nearly a year every 3 weeks for powder nails. She is amazing. I wish I’d found her sooner. Always perfect, they don’t lift up or fade in between. She really knows what she’s doing.

Shawanda Whitaker I went with them because after looking at the other reviews everyone had a good experience. I also liked the way they shaped short nails. I was the last customer and was in and out. She did a great job!!

Kathryn Fox I went for a soak off and gel manicure with olivia and she was great. We had great conversation and my nails look incredible, she also explained what she was doing and why she was choosing to do that. It was a lovely experience.

Jenelle Mellerson I usually go to Jacki, but since she wasn’t available, I scheduled with Olivia. Olivia was prompt, friendly, and gave a very detailed pedicure. The essential pedicure is the best! There was a minor mix-up with the services I booked compared to what I actually wanted, but Olivia was flexible and managed to adjust things seamlessly. I had a great experience overall, and Feather Nail Bar is always such a relaxing environment. The only downside is that parking can be a bit tricky at times.

Powerhouse Production Group The service was sincerely solid as far as the aesthetic. The price for a basic pedicure is $35 plus 20 for gel polish does not include callus treatment or servicing on toe or heels. They market the pedi packages so your rub down will last a minute without the upgrades. Didn’t offer me any drinks like the reviews mentioned and when I asked for water the girl was weird and not warm. It feels not welcoming to brown girls kinda to be honest. I can’t say not to go for a last minute pedicure because it got the job done and the ambiance is really cute.

Natasha I have spent too much money at this spa to be disrespected! Today I came for SNS, they ignored me for 30 minutes. I finally said something and the guy comes over and is clearly rushing to do my nails. I said “sir please don’t rush to do my nails, I know you are busy”. He replies “you can go”. So you know what, I left! I would never give them another penny of my money! So many times people think they can talk to us and treat us any kind of way because we ask for quality! EboniSkinn I was over charged I could have went to buckhead it was 30 for a color change and 100 for a pedicure then to make it worst the lady charged someone else a cheaper price than me. Save your money and go somewhere else when the quality matches the price tag!!!!!!!!!!!!
