1 /5 Crystal Simpson: Went in this past weekend to get a pedicure and sns on my nails. I had a couple of pictures and asked if they could do what I wanted before we began. I was assured—yes, no problem! I just wanted a couple of different solid colors and chunky glitter. The solid colors were grabbed and I asked again about the chunky glitter I was told yes, no problem we’ll do it at the end. The pedicure was good but my nails took forever and he wouldn’t listen to anything I asked for. I don’t like the shape and asked several times for him to fix them and he would roughly run a file over once or twice and declare it perfect and keep going. I asked two more times about the chunky glitter to be told yes, yes, we’ll do it special at the end. When the end rolled around I was told they didn’t have any glitter like I wanted. I explained that I would have picked something completely different if I had known that. He told me it would be fine. I ended up seeing some chunky glitter myself and asked why I couldn’t have that? He told me to go pick what I wanted only to then tell me no it wouldn’t look good. I explained that I wanted it and he refused to put it on my nail. He ended up painting glitter gel polish over my nails and not even how I wanted it. At that point I just needed to get out of there. I was to the point of tears after not being listened to when I had asked and asked and asked. I just let him finish up so I could leave. He declared that my nails are better than the picture. I was so frustrated! They are lumpy and uneven, none are shaped the same and they are not at all what I asked for. I will most definitely not be returning!!
