1 /5 Kiana Johnson: Please save your time and money, and do not come here. 2 days after my services, my nails were literally coming off left and right. By day three, three of my nails were completely off. I called to see if I can get the nails fixed, and was told the same person had to fix my nails that didn’t do them right in the first place or I would be charged full price again. Absolutely unacceptable.

5 /5 Michelle Beck: In the past I have done my own nails but recently decided to treat myself and let someone else pamper me. So far, so good. I’ve been here about 4 times for both pedi and manis! They’ve done an excellent job. I will say that I prefer the male technicians for my manicures. The place is clean. The technicians are attentive and offer suggestions, while clearly telling you the prices in advance. (So I can’t complain about those additional charges.) I just wish I spoke their language so I’d understand some of the conversations they are having! 4.5 Stars

2 /5 Carla Ross: Two stars for availability only. From entering in on a whim to just get a natural nail manicure, the vibes were not as friendly but I equated it to the lack of customers in the salon. Now I know there’s a reason. My nails are uneven and shorter than I requested (I said a lil cut but she cut down to my skin so when she filed my nails she filed my skin too). While she was cordial it was clear that natural nails don’t get a lot of attention as it’s not a high ticket item yet still should receive quality service nonetheless. The fan was blowing so low that even sitting for 15 minutes as the tech recommended, my three coats were still not fully dry and got warped(she said the polish was runny and had to put three coats). There was nail dust on the counter where I tried to dry my nails and transferred on to my arms and black sleeves. I’m not coming back to patronize as I am done with natural nail services being offered but treated like an afterthought with no quality care whatsoever. It’s highly unfortunate but I’m incentivized to get my Cidesco certification to do my own nails with quality assurance and true care.
