Also, my five year old had her best first time experience at the dentist with Donna! Donna really shown such patience, grace and creativity with my little girl which in turn made my daughter so happy to be there. This is such a family friendly atmosphere and would highly recommend their services.

She made it such a pleasant experience and is very compassionate. The doctor and the front staff was also very kind. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending to anyone I know!

5 /5 Teri Myers: Dr. Ryan Driesse of Mountain City Dentistry is really sweet, kind, caring, gentle, and very easy to talk to. He is also very thorough and answers all questions and concerns his patients have. The staff is so helpful and very personable. They arent stuffy like most staffs at dental offices. I had a great conversation with the staff at this office. It was a nice change from most dental offices. The icing on the cake is the list of complimentary items you can have. Shocking! When was the last time you went to a dental office and you were offered a lush blanket or noise cancelling headphones, or a bottle of cold water, or....get this...a warm hand towel with a lavendar scent. Wow! Its like going to a day spa. There are more items too. Check out the picture I added. Ive never had ANY of these items offered to me at any dental office Ive been to. Ever! Yall need to check this place out. Its great!!!! I would give it 10 ***** if I could.

That being said, this has been by far the most pleasant and stress free dentist experience I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this office enough! They made me feel comfortable & calm during my crown install. 10/10!!

5 /5 Maryjo: I had my first appointment with Mountain City Dentistry. I was greeted with a warm smile and eagerness to assist me when I was unable to present my insurance card. When the dental hygienist called me back, I walked into a clean, inviting exam room. The hygienist was not only friendly, but was very competent. The dentist introduced himself and was very personable. I was impressed with the entire team, was extremely happy with the care I received today, and highly recommend Mountain City Dentistry!

I had scans from them, and went to see 2 other dentists, and I emailed the scans to a trusted dentist who was giving me free advice, and they all agreed that this was over-treatment, and said: > The teeth have what is called incipient decay. What that means is that the enamel shows some decalcification, which is reversible at this point. Good hygiene will do the trick. I wouldnt have been able to tell by myself. The service is otherwise great--friendly staff, great imaging technology, good front-desk service. But accurate diagnosis is the top priority when going to the dentist.

Lonnie Teal: I am a 7th generation Gilmer county resident, I retired with 32 years from the US Army. I will never return to the health department for any reason. As a single father of a middle school student I had to get my daughter her required vaccinations. Her doctor couldnt provide them and sent me to the health department. At the health department I was told they did not take retired military insurance and asked me to leave. I explained that I had no other options but to get shots there. I was again asked to leave. Finally someone came out of the back and offered to do the shots for cash. 350 dollars to get shots from a government funded agency that refuses to accept government provided insurance. Never ever again.

Cinnamon ButterfaCe: I would give six stars if I could. I had a wisdom tooth extraction, a bone graft and a fibroma removed off my cheek, all in one visit. I was treated so wonderfully from beginning to end. The staff and doctor were all friendly, reassuring and wonderful. Oh, and the anesthesia was great, too. One of the best medical experiences of my lifetime, and that’s not an exaggeration.

Aaron Nichols: Canceled my appointment with out notice. I was a new patient and the website says I can come in 15 minutes prior to fill out info. They did not call me or notify me of cancellation. And the appointment was booked out 3 weeks in advance.
