1 /5 Aaron Nichols: Canceled my appointment with out notice. I was a new patient and the website says I can come in 15 minutes prior to fill out info. They did not call me or notify me of cancellation. And the appointment was booked out 3 weeks in advance.

5 /5 Shari Alhadeff: I have been a patient with Dr. Spencer and Dr. Leigh for many years and could not ask for a better experience or care from their staff than here. They are compassionate and kind and I always leave feeling well cared for.

5 /5 Legacy Garage Doors: Great staff who made my daughter feel comfortable. She had to have three teeth removed after a fall. The office was clean and the Dr Spencer took the time to make sure we understood what and why and options. He also checked on her the next day. They seem like they genuinely cared about how she felt and was recovering.

5 /5 LINDSAYandJUSTIN MATTINGLY: Moving to a new area can be difficult to find a dentist you like and trust... especially when youve had as much dental work as Ive had done, its easy to think youve got a target on you when you walk in. I had a couple loose fillings and previously went to another unnamed dentist in Canton for x-rays and cleaning... I about had a heart attack when they gave me the list and potential bill for everything they said I needed done. I decided to get a second opinion and scheduled an appointment with Jasper Family Dentistry finding them on the directory for our dental network. It took some time to get an opening but to me a full calendar is a good sign. :) Communication by phone & email was excellent, they were very welcoming, friendly and informative in explaining what was really going on with my issues and offered the best and most cost effective way to fix the problem. They did a great job with my crown and filling... and at a fraction of what the other dentist was going to charge. They were also understanding and flexible when we had to reschedule last minute due to a child with the flu. I look forward to my next cleaning as I know theyll take good care of my family... which is saying a lot since Ive got plenty of baggage from past dental work.

2 /5 Phils Good: Made an appointment like five months out and they canceled it the day of my appointment. They had only two dates a month out that didn’t fit my schedule and they couldn’t accommodate me. I wouldn’t go to a place that can’t accommodate you after they cancel your appointment five hours prior to when it is and then don’t care. It’s funny how if the customer cancels you are responsible for a payment but when they cancel, and you already lose out on a vacation day or sick time they aren’t responsible. -This establishment called me back and apologized and tried to make it right. I’ve already got other arrangements but may give them a shot in the future.
