5 /5 C Purvis: We broke down going through this town and called Mitchs for a tow. The tow truck driver brought us to a hotel and the next day Mitchs fixed out truck first thing. They are great people. Mitch even called the next day to make sure we made it home ok. I highly recommend them

5 /5 Rachel Brown: I can not say thanks enough to Mr. Mitch and his crew. I meet him about two years ago when my car broke down on 1941. I didnt even have to tell him where my car was, somehow he knew. Towed my car in and had it fixed within a few days. Now lets fast forward to today. Ive taken my car to two shops and they told me nothing was wrong, but sometimes I could not crank my car and at times and my car has shut off on me while driving. I called Mr. Mitch, he said bring it up here and Ill see what we can do. Mind you I live in Rex, GA. Even though they were extremely business he sqeezed me in and got my baby running. I am so grateful I found Mr. Mitch. He is an honest mechanic, the prices are fair , and the work done is great. I dont care how far I have to drive for this service, I will be a customer as long as his doors are open!!!!

1 /5 K Leamy: My truck would not start less than a mile from my home. Contacted Mitchs spoke to the owner. Explained I had an F-350 dual rear wheel with welder and air compressor with a steel flatbed body. He didnt know how heavy the truck was, I told him it was heavy. I explained it would not crank no clicking nothing. With towing insurance i was quoted $50 to $75, I said sure. He told me it would be in the afternoon, he had to use the larger rollback. When the driver got to my home to deliver, he needed a jumper box which he did not have. Driver had to call the shop to get someone to drive a jumper box out to our home. The owner then decided we needed to pay $150 for the same service, I was expecting to get. He explained to me that it was higher because he had to take the truck out of gear. He didnt know how heavy the truck was, bologna. How did I know it needed to be taken out of gear? Is that a thing? Then he tells me never to come back to his establishment again like thats an option. This man has always gotten his way with females and it wasnt happening with this one. I paid $100 and Im spreading the word. This company for towing is a rip off.

5 /5 Kimberly OMalley: I highly recommend Mitchs towing and automotive service. I was driving from Florida to my home in Kentucky and my 2003 Chevy truck broke down. I was stranded. I had my two dogs with me and my truck is new to me. Mitch, towed my truck, figured out what was wrong, fixed, and kept in touch with me the whole time. I was back on the road the next day. Dealerships I called or telling me it would take two days just to run the diagnostics. He helped me find a hotel nearby and even arranged my transportation to and from the hotel. Its been a long time since Ive had someone be that nice to me. I cannot recommend Mitch and his team more strongly. If you get broken down and youre anywhere near Barnesville, Georgia, call Mitch.
