1 /5 Drea djaiye: I would rate this lower if I could. Yasmin, is not courteous when you walk in, no hello or anything. This is what I have noticed for years, I started to realize its mainly to black women (I am black) Theres always an underlying sense of hostility. My main issue and why I decided to finally write this review today is with how she has messed up my eyebrows TWICE now, making them ridiculously uneven. I told her last time and still no change, She threaded one eyebrow way shorter which has left them looking ridiculously uneven and my face unbalanced. When I told her of her mistake for the second time, she was not apologetic at all, when obviously she made a huge error. Instead of naturally offering a refund or showing some sense of remorse she shrugged it and said "you should have told me" Why should i have to tell a professional how to cut eyebrows evenly? Theres literally.a huge gap between both eyebrows. At this point, it starting to feel deliberate and I feel very uncomfortable about it. Noor and Alvira are great. When you go, I recommend you schedule with them instead to avoid this treatment, especially if you are a black woman (which is most of who come in...) PS: I always tip very well, and am a very calm and polite person, I have had no issues with the others just her.

3 /5 Dr. Zoola mae: Been coming here for maybe 10 years now I was such a young lad! They get three stars from me. Hours and not being upheld they close early and open later the inconsistency is rough on my anxiety and I no longer live in the neighborhood. I don’t like the way they treat other customers . They only get friendly when they realize it is me in this world we live in we need service providers that we pay for to be kinder … bottom line!

1 /5 Kianna Dhanraj: I have been coming to Miracle Beauty salon since 2011 maybe even before. Over the years the service has drastically declined as the prices go up. Today I called to schedule my appointment and she told me to come and she would complete my service. (I called to confirm before coming) When I arrived to the salon there were a couple of walk-ins we all arrived around the same time. She completed their services and even someone who came in after me (also a walk in, but she said their service wouldn’t take long) and by the time it was time to do my service it was 540 and she told me she could no longer complete my waxing service because closing time is at 6 o’clock. So she waited 40 minutes to tell me she couldn’t complete my service legs and Brazilian. Then she took another walk in client who came in after me who was also getting a waxing service. I am extremely irritated because I had to drive 45 minutes in Atlanta traffic to get here. Which is why I called prior to driving out here so I wouldn’t waste my time and gas. Out of all of my less than desirable experiences with this business this is the last straw. I will not be back to support this business.

1 /5 Patricia Cepeda: If I could give zero stars I would . I’ve been going to this place for years and lately I’ve been very disappointed in the staff and service! My eyebrows were rushed and look horrible! I will never recommend.
