5 /5 Nathaniel Arrowood: My car had been towed over because the shift bushing cable had come loose, and Mr. Scott went out of his way to call the Griffin Dodge dealership to have them look at the problem and have it covered under warranty while I was in class. I absolutely respect that, even though he could have charged me a price (around $300) for parts and labor, he had me get my part replaced for free through the dealership covering the part through a national recall for my Dodge Dart. While I had no real service done to my vehicle, the customer service I experienced was above and beyond what I had expected.
