1 /5 Erica Davies: Terrible communication for a place that’s gotten such stellar reviews. I was looking forward to booking the Meshella Rose team to do my wedding hairstyle. Almost a month out from an in person consultation and I still don’t have a proposal or even estimated pricing. The owner, BDav, said she’d have a proposal for me three weeks ago and asked to set up a call, neither of which happened. While I understand wedding season is busy, it’s unprofessional to not adhere to your own deadlines or simply ask for more time/explain your situation. Really disappointed with my experience.

5 /5 Lourdes Taylor: I literally fly in from Miami to get my hair done here. I’ve been coming for 4+ year and I’ve never experienced better quality & customer service! Also, the bundles are worth every penny. I still have the same hair from years ago.

1 /5 Sarethia Grant: Disappointed is an understatement . I came across this salon and decided to give it a try for my birthday hair as it is advertised as a luxury salon . My total was 637 and it did not live up to the luxury experience that it is advertised as . First the bundles are extremely thin . I called in prior as I was told hair was on hand to purchase . Someone had to bring it to the salon however when it arrived I was shocked as I couldn’t believe I was supposed to pay 200 dollars for what looked like maybe half of a bundle . Further more the wrong hair was brought . At that point I was half way under the dryer and frustrated due to the heat so I just picked another texture that didn’t have to be brought to the salon . You shouldn’t have to buy 6to 7 bundles to achieve and full simple half up half down style . Additionally it is 92 degrees outside and it was very hot in the salon . Not sure if the central air conditioning was working as I was sweating the majority of the visit . There were some fans on , but it’s too hot to not have air conditioning working properly in this type of weather . The stylist was nice and did a great job in detangling /shampoo , however that does not negate the fact I had to go back in after leaving because I noticed there was hair not slicked down in the ponytail. She politely slicked it some more but for the price of the services there shouldn’t be white crust on my hair when I just left the salon . I would not recommend this salon especially if you are getting your hair done for a special occasion. For the price I’m sure you could find better services and better quality hair .

5 /5 Jasmin Cherie: I had an amazing experience at this salon! My hair came out looking just how I wanted it to. The salon was clean & luxurious. Prices are reasonable for the service you get. My stylist was Aleyah and she did a fantastic job! Book with her :-)

5 /5 Jordan Wilson: My experience here was amazing! My stylist was BDav and she was very professional and personable. The service and ambiance was great and she answered any questions I had. She did not disappoint at all! Definitely recommend coming here.
