1 /5 W S: Absolutely awful! Certainly don’t go here if you want your refills in a timely manner! Nurse practitioner Stacey Edgar was unreasonable and cold hearted when it came to my needing a refill after I moved 4 1/2 hours away established a new doctor and have no insurance till February 1st have no extra money only for prescriptions and absolutely refuses to even write a prescription calculated out to February 3rd without doing a Telehealth visit! I explained I don’t have the money and Winter was rude and unkind on the phone! This medication is for my stress and anxiety and now I am without! I am disgusted in the behavior of a health professional! Stay far far away from these uncaring and rude healthcare professionals that have shown me no professionalism or care for my mental health care! I am filing a complaint with Georgia Composite Medical Board as this should never ever happen to anyone. Sad I even asked if I had to threaten to throw myself off a bridge or take my life and not a call back from Stacey or the administration office at McKinney Medical Center in Waycross, GA. So they don’t care so stay away and find a medical office that returns calls and works with folks with mental health problems and cares for you with compassion and care! Winter that answers the phone is rude and just gave me that I don’t care what your feeling we aren’t helping you out! Karma folks karma!
