Both worked well as a team letting me feel confident that I was in good hands. The front desk person gave me a warm greeting and poor Julie has the intimidating job of explaining the savings plan! She did a great job showing patience with me. She definitely earned her pay today. I needed to totally understand . Glad I did opt for the savings plan. I would definitely recommend this practice.
