I called last minute and was able to get an appt the very next day for a consultation and was seen for the procedure in 48 hours. I highly recommend McDonough Endodontic Center. They also called to check up on me the very next day to make sure I was ok. Thank you Dr. D and the entire staff I will definitely be back!

5 /5 Drew Gilchrease: I visited McDonough Endodontics for a root canal. My Doctor explained that there would be no pain. I was still apprehensive because of all the stigmas associated with root canals. But he was 100% correct. No pain! The process took about 1 hour. The doctor and his assistant were very nice and answered all my questions. The following day, the staff called to check on me post-op. Overall, it was as good an experience as going to the Endo can be!

5 /5 Charquis Miss Usher: The Staff was amazing and customer service was great. I was so nervous and scared to get my root canal clean that had an abscess on the gum. Dr. Desir and staff made me very comfortable and explain to me the procedure there was minimal pain however the procedure did take about an hour and a half everything went smooth. A few days later I received a call from the office following up to see how I was feeling which was good for me that show they cared. I just went for my follow-up and they said that the tooth is healing well. Highly recommend this facility.

The entire staff, including, Dr. Cleary, was very professional, caring, attentive, and empathetic. I did not feel rushed at all, and Dr. Cleary made sure all of my questions were answered. It is not often that you get great service of this magnitude, and I just wanted to express my sincere thanks.The entire process from check in to check out was done with precision. This office has gained a new patient and I would highly recommend this office if anyone is in need of great service.

The doctor came in up beat and asked how I was feeling. The overall process super exceeded my expectations. I prayed before going and God placed me with the best doctor. Wished I remembered every single staff person I met while going through the root canal process. Ladykay Esq: I’ve had much better experiences prior to today’s appointment . My son has been a patient at this location for 6 years now. Today I had an appointment at 730am and was there till after 10am with no reason or common courtesy to apologize for the wait. My son has no cavities and no other issues. This was just a regular cleaning. The front desk isn’t as friendly , they can do better at being involved in communicating with parents during the process . Also, I don’t like how they shout other patients medical history across the room and in front of other patients . If you want to discuss patients medical history with a parent , it might be best to pull the parents in a more private setting. Might be time to get bigger. It was so packed in the waiting area .

Critical Wms: Staff is decent. I’m always in and out without any issues. They don’t do a good job with educating though. You basically just watch a video before applying braces. At every appointment they don’t talk to you or tell you what they are doing. I wasn’t going to make my next alignment appointment and needed to reschedule. I called the same day with changed plans but they could no longer see me. Fine. They booked me for almost 5 weeks later. The problem is they are only open twice a week. So if you have an appointment, do not cancel it. I’ve been calling every other day to be seen sooner but to no avail. You will have to wait it out while your teeth continue to shift. Lesson learned.
