I own a 2011 Toyota Camry with 212,000 miles and have experienced many service issues. I live here in Atlanta and the price quoted to repair my car was astronomical from other repair shops. Bryan was really reasonable and knew immediately the repairs needed. His repairs are completed in a timely matter. Traveling to his shop is worth every mile.

4 /5 Mark Sumrall: Honest mechanic. I recently took my car there after Tires plus suggested I get 1,100 worth of repairs. Bryan looked at my car and saw nothing wrong. Tires plus was merely giving me the factory recommendation as opposed to actually looking at car. There are a few things you should know. Great service and price. Honest. However, they dont do tires or walk ups. You typically need to plan in advance and have someone take you. There is no waiting room there. However, the good far outweigh the bad. This is my trusted garage and has been for 4+ years.

I figured I’d have to make the six-hour round trip to bring her and the car home. But just ten minutes later, they called back—they had already found the parts nearby, ordered them, and made the decision to stay late so they could fix it that night. They didn’t want her waiting alone for hours, and they didn’t want me driving through the night. They stayed late, did the work quickly and professionally, and got her safely back on the road. They had every opportunity to take advantage of the situation, but they didn’t. No overtime charges. No emergency fees. Just honest work at a fair price. I would’ve gladly paid more, but they charged what was right. Thank you, Sanchez Auto. You treated my family with kindness and compassion during a stressful moment, and we’re incredibly grateful.

Donald Marx: I regularly see the owner (Louis) of D&Nays where I work, which is how I found them. Louis is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about automotive repair. I know he is knowledgeable because I went to college for auto mechanics. After several conversations, I decided to use him next time I needed service. So, when my brakes needed service I took it in. Everything went very smoothly. After dropping off my truck at opening, he gave me a ride to work, fixed my brakes, and picked me up after work. I liked the convenience of having the work done the same day, plus getting a ride to and from work. It was a nice surprise to find out that he included a 24-month personal warranty on his work. Also, I previously took my truck there one other time to have a potential problem checked. Louis took the time while I was there to inspect it and use his diagnostic scan tool to check the vehicle computer for any trouble codes. Any other mechanic would have charged about $70 or better to check for trouble codes, but he did not charge me anything. Im thrilled that I found an excellent mechanic that knows his stuff, cares about his customers, and doesnt overcharge. Thank you D&Nays!

R Hitch: Dont take your car here, I was a fool for doing so after being warned. They said I needed an AC compressor, but never mentioned the engine light was on, which was not when I dropped it off. If that was true they would have told me over phone, all they could say was I dont know why we didnt tell you, also paid for diagnostic check, I got F UP service, I will never go back. The time has passed this crew they dont know what theyre doing.
