Ben called me after the inspection was completed and provided a diagnosis and price. They had my car fixed and running very quickly. I was very happy with the service I received. The prices were very reasonable. I would recommend this shop to anyone and I would not hesitate to use them again for any auto repair need.

They are fair with prices and upfront about their work. Brian treats me and my family well. I will not leave Ben out of this mix either. Ben has completed some of our repairs or service also. ellen cain: I contacted Barry about my 2018 Honda Pilot which i purchased new in 2018 and was told by Honda I needed a new timing belt kit. I took it to C and C to get a quote and they called me back within 30 minutes to tell me the cost. The cost was a factor of course but they were so helpful and accommodating. I took my pilot on Tuesday and got it back on Wednesday afternoon. They are thorough and very nice and pleasant to deal with. I wouldnt from here on out take my vehicle to anyone else .

Jenny Bender: If I could give this place ten stars, I would! Ive taken multiple vehicles to ATC Auto and theyve always been prompt, professional, knowledgeable & friendly. My most recent experience was so great that I needed to make it official with a Google review. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning, it was 4th of July and they were busy (which I expected.) I knew they would have to keep it for a few days, which was totally fine. During that time, they were communicative every step of the way. Unlike a lot of places that attempt to upsell you or "find" other expensive things that "need" to be taken care of, ATC Auto has always been honest and I really appreciate that. They always take care of the issue and are very reasonably priced! Even if you dont live in Grovetown, its worth the drive to take your vehicle to good people who know what theyre doing!

Manda Ogils: I can not speak on the repair side of things! I can however inform you Donna Ligons uses this business address to run her breeding business for Southern pawsh cattery. This is where I picked up a very sick cat from. When we arrived she had a incubator set up in the office with atleast 10 kittens and some kind of carrier with more. Theres actual pictures of my kitten which was sick with parasites at her desk on her cattery page! She 100% brings sick cats into this establishment. Beware of coming into that office and going home to your own babies. As the parasites are 100% transferable to your babies through you. Im willing to show DRs reports and pics as proof! Beware using this business if you love animals.

Gigi Eva: Sara is really undependable. When she came the first time it was good she was so nice. She looked at my car, after having a hard time changing my oil I took it to Jeep to have them unscrew the bolt so she could change it. She came back to change my oil and I sent her money to order a gas cap I needed. I referred many people to her. Then they started telling me that she would stop responding to them. Through the past few months she has let me had to take care of her mom and her truck broke down. I am a very understanding persons. That is why I waited patiently. After many calls and text she let me know my gas cap came in and she was going to bring it. She would tell me on two or three occasions she was on her way but never showed up and no text or call. I asked for the money back but no reply. I can see it the text messages got delivered but she wouldn’t reply.

Went to go look at the auto transport tires were 1/32 left and dryrotted like crazy. They told me they would be safe and I had to drive 700 miles. Told them to get it the beep off my truck your not killing me. They wouldnt refund my money place is a joke. Taking to uhaul now my credit card company and then a lawyer.
