Magic Nails - dublin - Dublin (GA)

1 /5 karen faith: i went in to get my nails removed and should have known by the lady pushing me to get more nails that i should’ve walked right back out. i gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking that removing nails should be basic nail knowledge but i was so wrong. the lady tries to remove my nails with fingernail clippers, literally picking at them for 15 mins with clippers. i proceed to inform her that most place soak them, still giving her the benefit of the doubt. she then has me moving my nails back and forth from soaking, five minutes at a time, for the next thirty minutes or so all still while picking at them with clippers. she had a very bad attitude because i kept moving but because she was using clippers and pulling, she was pulling my skin constantly. i got fed up and tried to leave and she got very rude with me because “i didn’t tell her i had to go work” after sitting there for almost an hour with all of my acrylics still in tact. i tried to pay because it was my fault for staying but then she got extremely rude because i didn’t know they didn’t take cash (it wasn’t posted anywhere). overall would not recommend. she could’ve told me from the beginning she didn’t know how to do it yet now my nails look worse than before. it wasn’t even the job that sent me over though. i will never fathom being rude to a customer for no reason!! especially when said customer still tries to pay for a bad job.

5 /5 Ryan Hulett: I had Anna she did a really great job and listen to exactly what I wanted. She was very professional and clean and ensure that everything was sanitized before we even started. I even let her know about my sensitive cuticles and she was very easy-going and was respectful of my cuticles and did not go rough on them. She did the perfect shape and color With acrylic and I absolutely love it I highly highly recommend this place I was so satisfied that I even left a nice tip for her thank you Anna I hope you see this review. It was a very professional and clean environment and my appointment was perfectly on time and I was able to go right on back as soon as my appointment time hit and I did not have to wait.

1 /5 Marty: Walked into the store, nail technician asks can I help you, I said pedicure and was then told that they are busy but there was only two white patrons. Why ask can you help me but then state that you’re busy. Read between my review #WORDFORTHOUGHT
