1 /5 Romella Hart: I was getting my hair done in the rear of the salon and the rudest and most disrespectful woman appeared. Apparently she does nails at this place. She came in and began to pull all the towels out of the cabinet looking for her towels. When the stylist attempted to say something she pointed her finger at him and said "dont talk back ". I was absolutely shocked at the unprofessional conduct of this woman. To top it off there was 11yr old child getting her hair done at the time. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE in any setting! I hope that management will address this immediately. The stylist and I are owed an apology but most of all the child is due one. I had thought about exploring other services this salon offers but after that encounter I definitely will not!! I was a nervous wreck during the rest of my time there thinking that this irrational lady would return. This salon was not perfect nor anywhere near a 10.
